Service was very good, we were only in the restaurant.Church offering:Mixed goose and duck, meat and sauce were tasty, but the meat was hard and tough, the poultry skin was just not crispy. Red cabbage not seasoned well. There's no other way to do that with mass processing, a large restaurant and food in two shifts - a shame.

Review for hotel: overnight stay with breakfastStayed in the annex/guesthouse.Everything was clean and quiet - to be expected for the price. Comfortable beds, averagely equipped and spacious rooms, underfloor heating in the room and bathroom. Full ashtrays on the balcony... It doesn't have to be that way! We found the breakfast very simple and unloving and unimaginative. Mass-produced baked rolls and pastries. Staff not very attentive - only manages the breakfast room…. The hotel itself seems disconnected from the restaurant in terms of Bavarian hospitality… what a shame!

Restaurant: Recommended in every respect!(We were only there for lunch)- Food excellent (great crust on the roast pork, super tender ox meat, children's schnitzel, spaetzle with sauce, both delicious!)- Service/staff very attentive and particularly friendly (our little one spilled his spritzer, no one scolded him, then the spritzer was served in a mini beer mug)- Atmosphere: high ceiling, pleasantly bright, tables not too narrow.

Nice hotel/inn in Vaterstetten. Only accessible from the location by car. Good rooms, quiet, clean. Breakfast quite simple. Rustic inn, classic cuisine, good quality. Also good for sitting outside.There is also a Hästehaus with additional rooms at the inn.There is an organic supermarket next to the inn
