3.25 ⭐️ The villa is absolutely stunning! The staff was amazing and provided great service. However, I must admit that the villa itself was a bit old. The outside bathroom is beautiful and had quite a few bugs, which was a bit bothersome (I saw a rat which pooped everywhere in my outdoor bathroom).Also, there are roosters that goes off early in the morning & for the whole day, so not great if you're a light sleeper. Despite these issues, the overall experience was still enjoyable thanks to the beautiful surroundings and the wonderful staff.

Pros:- a very responsive owner, he immediately rented us an excellent crib, although we forgot to warn him. I also went along with the meeting in every way.- Excellent large and deep pool- Large area, good for children - you can run around- Good location, 1 minute away there is a supermarket and pharmacy, and 5 minutes away - restaurants honey, Touché, Shelter, 13 minutes by bike and you are in the center of Canggu.Minus:-The villa staff does not know how to cook or follow hygiene rules at all. The breakfast eggs were stored outside in 40 degree heat (in a room without air conditioning)… we didn’t dare eat them. They asked me to make pancakes, they were made with dry lumps of flour inside - inedible.-I asked the staff for a pot and a frying pan; he gave me very dirty things that had cobwebs and bugs inside.- Very dirty awnings over the beds in the bedroom and stains on the bed linen. And there are stains on the towels. This is very unpleasant.- Very old bad pillows. Everything is in lumps inside.- In the evenings there is a strong smell of burning, due to the fact that the neighbors burned something every day. I don’t know if this can be influenced, but being in the villa is very uncomfortable.I think if the owner changes the staff (they cannot be trained, they need to be replaced with other people), replaces the bed linen, pillows, towels and Mosquito covers over the beds with new ones, then this villa will be in great demand!!!!Because the villa is very nice, but the lack of cleanliness and maintenance at all means a lot for a comfortable stay.

We stayed in this villa for a family reunion. The villa and the staff service are both excellent. The villa is very clean, cleaned daily by the staff and very meticulously. Our daily breakfast was also delicious and catered to our individual liking. I cannot emphasize how lovely the staff were, very helpful and willing to help. Everyone had a relaxing time and we are very satisfied with our stay in villa Nico. Would totally recommend!
