Disgusting!! The room is dirty...The mattress is full of bed bugs, one night my whole body is full of bed bug bites!! I told reception but she didn't say anything, no blame or anything like that!!!I don't recommend it!!!

Booked a 4 night stay, ended up on the streets.After waiting for an hour for the “receptionist” to find our keys, we were showed our room which was so dirty even he took photos of it.After telling him we do not accept these conditions and would appreciate at least a partial refund to help us pay for another accomodation, he simply refused and said bye to us. Not to blame him, he couldn’t do anything about it.Most horrible hostel experience to date, with nowhere to sleep for the upcoming days, beware.

The room was really great. I'm totally happy with it. The hostel has a great atmosphere and the people here are super nice. The prices for the rooms are fair. Overall, I can only recommend a really good experience. Oh, and the dog here in the hostel, Susu, is just awesome! Such a friendly four-legged friend who immediately grows on you. He brings a really good atmosphere to the hostel. The best surprise during my stay – Susu is really a highlight!

The room was simply great! I was pleasantly surprised, it exceeded my expectations. The hostel as a whole offers a warm atmosphere, friendly staff and fairly calculated room prices. An all-round successful stay that I can only recommend!

Our stay at the hostel was simply wonderful! The friendly atmosphere and warm staff immediately welcomed us. The loving dog that captured the hearts of the guests was particularly adorable. The accommodation exudes a positive energy that makes the entire stay special. Clean rooms, great common areas and warm support make this hostel a place you won't soon forget. We can only warmly recommend it and look forward to our next visit

If there was a negative rating I would give such.The whole stay there was a total disaster.The room was dirty, it was smelling awful and there was a black mold everywhere. The bed sheets were like someone has done some bet wetting on them. The reception was awful. The host got additional 10 Euro each as a deposit and never returned it. The whole place is a total scam. The neighborhood is dirty. My opinion: NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO GET ILL OR YOUR MONEY STOLEN. Give a bit more money and stay where is clean and does not smell like black mold.

Absolute disaster! Despite the nice staff, definitely not recommended!The rooms are far removed from the pictures online. Stained bed linen (you don't know if it was washed!), wet/used towels, black mold in the broken showers, indefinable stains on the "furniture" put together, food in refrigerators on display, empty beer bottles in broken cupboards and a smell can only come from dirty pipes and dirt!We didn't have a restful night's sleep because of the unclean, noisy rooms and loud conversations in the courtyard until late at night.We are also both allergic to animal hair and had to struggle with allergic reactions all day (despite supposedly cleaning our rooms for 2 hours).We were promised an upgrade when we swapped rooms, which turned out to be an even bigger misery!We have not only thought about spending the night in the car and would advise everyone against booking!

NOT RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE.It's the worst experience I've had in a hotel. Just an absolute disaster!!The fun started when we checked in, we were shown to a room that had already been reserved for us, but this room had not been cleaned (not bad, that can happen).We were then shown to another room, which was really not in a good location. We had to go through a room where there were 2 bunk beds, behind which was our room.We were assured that there would be no one in the room in front of our room, but we were disabused.Our room was freezing cold, the heating didn't work, we didn't have WiFi in the room, the walls were so incredibly thin that you could even hear the breathing of the man who was in the room in front of us in the middle of the night room, has come.After a whole night without sleeping, we went to reception to check out. The person at the front desk didn't know anything when we wanted to check out.So all in all, very terrible.Ps. The rooms didn't look anything like the pictures, everything was very run down and musty.Do yourself a favor, pay €10-20 more and save yourself this misery.Kind regards to those who read this.

Disgusting.Nauseous smell of tobacco throughout the building. Housekeeping not done. Bed sheets were reused. The pillowcases smelled of greasy hair and the slightly yellowed sheets of sweat. Stains everywhere, corners filled with crumbs and hair. Lucky not to have encountered any bedbugs. The outside temperature was 6 degrees, the double glazing is defective + the corridor window is broken, so in addition to the noise from the street the room was freezing and the heating of course did not work. A slum. What a horror to rent this and I regret booking and paying before seeing the reviews.

Even though the hotel staff was very nice, the hotel was very dirty, room hasn't been swept for years. The area where the hotel is located seems to be dangerous and it's not clean too.
