We went to this hotel to go to Oktoberfest. It has the metro station nearby, so you can access anywhere in the city with ease. The service was very friendly and the rooms were clean and in good condition.

Fast check-in. Very friendly staff. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good overall, but it was only refilled very slowly, so you had to wait longer. The parking spaces were free.No room cleaning or towel exchange for two nights. There was no communication in advance, otherwise we wouldn't have put the towels on the floor.

We stayed for Oktoberfest. Got breakfast and was charged €20.50/pp at check out. Nowhere does their website or anywhere else say breakfast is not included in room price which was frustrating. Location nice near S-Bahn. Restaurants and stores within walking distance. Room comfortable.

I stayed last week in this hotel for 3 nights, clean rooms and modern furnishings, the girl at the reception was uniquely helpful... the location was also excellent, very close to the station and in just a few stops you are in the centre. I highly recommend it 👍

The reception staff here is the worst. An older woman was at the reception desk, but she seemed to be making fun of me the whole time, and after we finished checking in, she kept calling me my first name without honorifics. At first I thought he was calling my name, but when I turned around, he was just laughing and repeating my name because he thought my name was strange. Also, during check-in, I tried to talk to him many times because I had questions, but he seemed to want to finish the check-in quickly and asked me to sign the documents first. They will not listen to your request at all until you sign the document. Things were a little strange and I was scared. The hallway had a musty smell. There is no air conditioner in the room, and there are no amenities, only a hair dryer and towels. I never open the window, but insects come to my room at night. You will fall asleep to the sound of insects flying around the entire time you sleep. If I had the energy, I would get rid of the bugs. Also, there were no items left on or around the bed for three days during my stay, but the sheets and towels were not changed or cleaned. The black mold in the bathroom was disgusting. Sad that I paid 60,000 yen for 2 nights and 3 days💔The good points were that the interior of the room was cute with lots of deer, and that the breakfast had a wide variety and looked delicious. The restrooms near the dining room were very clean.

20€ for a breakfast with cheap ingredients (definitely no mozzarella, long-life milk, lots of fruit flies)The rooms have no AC and are rather outdated - which is also noticeable in the smell. Bathroom was good.My bill had to be reluctantly adjusted several times at the reception, simply because the first one entered all the data from my reservation incorrectly and the second one didn't want to change it. The beautiful lobby is deceptive. This is not an indication of the appearance of the rooms.Parking is great.Radio with loud advertising at the breakfast table is annoying.

Crooked pictures and lights, holes and signs of wear in/on the wall, open covers (underfloor heating)- Cleanliness is overall good. It was still dusty in a few corners of the closet and some corners/joints in the shower were a bit "dark".Conclusion:Definitely recommended for a short stay.

Good hotel as a starting point for activities around Munich. The S3 is within walking distance in a good 10 minutes. to reach. Drive to Munich city center then approx. 20-25. Unfortunately there was no AC in the standard and business rooms. A no-go in high summer temperatures. I found the ladies at reception friendly and helpful. There is a good Italian restaurant on the way to the S-Bahn.

Super cute hotel in a lovely and peaceful residential area. Easy access to city centre, with the train. The hotel itself is beautiful and contemporary, and so are the rooms. However, there is no air conditioning in the room, and the pillows are too thin, so nights can be a bit difficult during the summertime. But overall, it's worth the price.

Beautiful, modernized hotel with rough edges. There are different rooms, larger, smaller, distant ones accessible via many corridors and stairs. This definitely takes some getting used to and is not for everyone. It didn't really bother us at first. Work is still being done on some corners, but it is only slightly disrupting hotel operations. You should close the windows in the bathroom, otherwise the construction workers on the flat roof will have fun too.We were accommodated in two rooms, there shouldn't be a chair in them because then you can't turn around anymore. Very, very small. Everything is functional and modern, but nothing for a week. The rooms on the lower floors are much larger. One of our two rooms was just a better attic room with a mini window. Also properly renovated but built to the mass of rooms without paying attention to the size. There was no need for a small kitchen in the room, as there was no space for suitcases, for example. much better was needed. So it just stood on the table. There was a suitcase stand, but no space to unfold it.The biggest point of criticism was the lack of air conditioning, which was a disaster, especially in the second small attic room. There were fans in the rooms or you could have them brought in, but this had almost no effect. It's a real shame, it was so extensively renovated and such a mistake in the construction.The staff also seemed to be less motivated, nice but very well kept. The younger lady who greeted us seemed annoyed and seemed less friendly for a receptionist.The underground car park is a small positive point because it can be used free of charge.But there is great praise for the neighboring bar (51by George), which doesn't seem to be part of the hotel. We had a very nice meal there in the evening.Unfortunately, due to the lack of climate and high temperatures, I can only give it 3 stars.I don't want to say that we won't come back, but only in larger rooms and not in summer.

FILTHY ROOMS!!!!DO NOT STAY HERE!!The pillow of my room had atleast 10 long hairs on it. Because we had driven all day i decided to just accept it. However when walking across the room there was a white layer of dust under my feet. When looking at the floor i could clearly see that THE ROOM HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED because there were noticable crumbs laying on the floor!Mistakes can happen so i went to the frontdesk to talk about it. The women at the frontdesk spoke barely any english and assigned me a room and apologized with a few gestures. We went to check out the new room. THERE WHERE EVEN MORE HAIRS ON THE BED!! We could count 17 hairs just under the pillows alone!At this point i wanted a refund because i did not think this to be appropriate. However a refund was not possible but i got assigned a new (third) room. Not what i wanted but alright. So we check out the third room which also has multiple long hairs on it.A refund was only allowed if we left the hotel. So at 22:30 we left the hotel we because this was just unacceptable.WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!The only good thing about this hotel is the location.
