Small hotel in the countryside with very friendly staff and great breakfast.Ideal for a short vacation with many excursion options, especially by bike (the center of Potsdam can be reached in 14 minutes)The price-performance ratio is completely fine. The rooms are cleaned daily. If you have any questions or tips, you can always contact the staff.We were happy to overlook small, age-related defects!Our conclusion: We will definitely come back!!!

The location of the hotel is great, without a doubt. As soon as we drove into the area, we knew what to expect here. Weeds in the parking lot and the grounds, cobwebs everywhere and an unkempt impression at first glance.After checking in, we went to the room on the way and discovered a hallway refrigerator, as there are not ones in all rooms. The staff here probably has no interest in taking a look. 🤢 Moldy food from whomever was there could be found there. We were disappointed again when we entered the room. There was no cleaning at all, but this was probably a mix-up on the part of the cleaner. (Smoking and cell phone in front of the “hotel” was apparently more important)The room was then “cleaned” by the receptionist or boss. At first glance the room seemed fine. The bathroom is pretty dated, for whatever reason. We had 4 windows, only one of which had a fly screen, for whatever reason.For travelers who would like to watch TV in bed in the evening, the TV, which was about 10 meters away, has to be operated in Polish.We were then able to test the beds in the evening and yes, these mattresses are definitely more than just worn out 🥲.We had booked 2 days, but then decided not to stay another night in this motel. Because sleeping on these “scandalous” mattresses is out of the question. The room was not cleaned at all or only very superficially on the second day. You didn't even manage to vacuum.The owner was also included at check-out. He just looked at us from a crack in the door without even asking what the problem was. All he cared about was that we didn't demand any money. When we said that we didn't want any money and just wanted to leave without money, the answer was "yes, OK" and he left again.Everything from A to Z, very unprofessional. People like to remember the Corona era, where there was a lot of complaining, but the operator of this hotel simply hasn't learned anything.

We booked there for the second time in June 2024.But also the last time. The furniture would have been considered bulky waste years ago. Not a shelf in the bathroom, apart from the edge of the sink and radiator. Charging the cell phones was exciting due to the lack of power outlets.I use towels of this quality as cleaning rags in the workshop.What the hotel definitely scores with is its location. Remote, but in just a few minutes to all important locations. It's all the sadder that not a cent goes into renovation here.If you only shop at inexpensive discounters, you don't need to change the breakfast buffet.It's really a shame for such an object.

Bathroom is not in good condition. When you shower, half the bathroom is flooded and the towel hanger is just hanging on dowels. Some of the furniture is outdated and no longer usable.Mattresses are very soft.

I had a room booked through Booking.com, it was written from the very beginning that I would be there between 10 p.m. and 11 p.m. I received the hotel number to inform them that there was an e-mail all the time, so I recorded myself. After arriving at the place, it turned out that there was no one there, I called the lady at the reception and she told me that it was closed and that there was no room for me (I had to contact Booking.com), no willingness to help, not to mention her attitude towards me. I do not recommend this hotel

Rude staff, additional payment than agreed (price agreed through Booking.com), no breakfast available on Monday morning 27 November 2023, without prior notice. The place was quiet and nice, far from the center, there was no public transport nearby, the room was ok. I won't be going back there.

The price-performance ratio is not appropriate.The room 11 we had was not what you would expect from a hotel.The furniture looked like it was from the last century. The cleanliness (building dirt through an open window) left a lot to be desired.There was also broken bed linen.Defective and black sealing joints in the wet area complete the whole thing.

Nice little hotel. We were warmly welcomed. The room was clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. We were in Potsdam for a conference. The little contact we had with the hotel staff was very friendly. The breakfast was balanced and varied. All in all very recommendable. Due to the location of the hotel it is also very quiet. There are enough parking spaces available. Either on the property or in front of it on the street.
