Really nice little hotel on the outskirts of Falkensee. Berlin is easy to reach. The rooms are well equipped and the staff is very friendly. Gladly again 😉

It was actually a nice room. But despite written confirmation that breakfast was available from 6.45, we were informed in the evening that this was not the case on Saturday. For us, this was a key reason for booking as we had to leave early. There was neither a discount nor a cup of coffee 10 minutes before opening. There is a maximum of one star for this lack of service.

Nice place, but the one-night visit left a bit of a strange feeling because there was not even a glimpse of the staff and the praised restaurant was only open for breakfast. When I arrived, I had to take the key from the notice board in the courtyard. All text messages and e-mails to the customer were only in German, but I don't think they gave instructions on how to proceed upon arrival. Fortunately, there is a good Indian restaurant nearby where we had dinner. Room and bathroom clean. A good place to stay for a car or mp trip, less than an hour's drive from the city center.

One of the reasons we booked this hotel for our short vacation was because it was advertised as having its own restaurant.Unfortunately, upon arrival we discovered that the reception was unmanned. Only after calling the telephone number provided did we receive information about where the room key could be found. These were openly accessible in the courtyard of the hotel. The restaurant was also closed due to company holidays.We are familiar with the option of automatic check-in. However, we expect that we will be informed when booking if a hotel does not have a staffed reception and the advertised restaurant is closed.Then we would have been spared disappointment.

Very nice and clean rooms.The staff is very nice and accommodating. It offers excellent service and is always available to help and advise guests.The selection of delicious food is large. There is something for every taste.We were here for the second time and were again very impressed by the hospitality.The entire team ensuresthat you feel comfortable from the first moment.

There were 12 of us here for dinner. The food was generous and very good! Prices are in the higher sector, so a point is deducted.The service was unfriendly at times, although this improved significantly over the course of the evening, the first impression was unfortunately not so good.

We went to the Falkenseer Hof for a roast goose meal. Friendly service, delicious food. The goose was very tender and melted in your mouth. I would have liked a little less clove in the red cabbage and the food overall a little warmer. One star deducted for that. All in all, we felt very comfortable and would love to come back again and again.

Overall, we were satisfied with the hotel and also the restaurant. A few things could be improved. For example the room layout. Instead of the sofa, it's better to install an armchair and the television so that both of them can watch from the bed. And a wastebasket and a handle in the shower would be good too. The staff was very friendly and the food was good. 6th breakfast sufficient.

Overall we were happy with everything. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was functional. What wasn't so good was the room layout. Without the sofa it would certainly be better and a wastepaper basket and a second armchair would be possible and the TV would also be easier to see from the bed by the window. And a grab bar in the shower would definitely not be a bad idea.

Very clean and nicely furnished rooms. The beds were super comfortable with toppers. Very friendly and nice reception. The breakfast buffet was rich, including a sweetly prepared plate for my daughter. We will definitely be back. Thank you very much
