Room with terrace was great.Breakfast offerings were not replenished promptly, very little choice at 8:45 a.m. There are no waste bins on site. The service at the table was great, the food was good.

We were in Storkow for a long weekend. Basically the hotel has a good location. It is very quiet here and you can relax well. You can rent boats and bicycles for excursions, we used the latter and were very disappointed. We decided on e-bikes, the condition was ok, but there was little air on the tires. After we politely asked for an air pump (sad that the good gentleman didn't think of it himself), all we said was: There's enough air on the tire and if we get a flat tire, the pump won't be of any use to us.😳 Since we have his Because we didn't want to question our competence, we simply did without the air pump... Payment was made in cash, of course without an invoice. After we got back, our friend made a joke and asked the friendly service employee if we could get a bad weather discount because it had suddenly rained so heavily. His answer left us speechless. He asked her where she wanted the discount to go, left or right? 😳 We were at a loss for words...At first glance, the breakfast is ok and fills you up. Apparently people buy at the nearest supermarket...even the bread rolls. For dinner there is then a choice of 2 to 3 dishes. There is a starter soup, a main course and a dessert. You shouldn't expect too much here either. For example, the onion soup consisted of a broth, coarsely chopped onions and a kind of croutons that were somehow reminiscent of a pie crust. The main course was a schnitzel with mushroom cream sauce and potatoes. The schnitzel was thoroughly fried and the mushroom cream sauce was just a creme fraîche with mushrooms...you don't need any spices. The potatoes were good. For dessert there were sour cherries in their own juice (from the glass), refined with red wine, thickened with a little gelatine or sauce thickener...a dream. You didn't even dare to say anything to the staff, you could only feel sorry for them. The rooms were ok, only the showers and the regular cleaning left a lot to be desired...Wi-Fi was non-existent.Parking is on the hotel property. The parking lot is neither paved nor monitored. But it only costs 5 euros a day. The fee is of course paid in cash. Accommodation, drinks and food must also be paid in cash. That tops it all off and makes the operator very dubious. In our opinion, this hotel only survives because of its location. If the lake was even 500m further away, they would have been able to do it. It's a shame, the hotel really has potential.

The hotel only scores points with its good location. Unfortunately, the positive impression ends here. The overall condition of the hotel is okay. The cleanliness of the rooms can be improved. The bathroom is very small. What struck us particularly negatively was the unfriendly boss, who lacked any sense of hospitality. The breakfast was very simple, little choice and carelessly presented. At dinner you could choose between three main courses, which would have been fine if the quality had been better. The starter was either a soup or a salad, which also felt lacking in variety. The dessert, a pre-mixed pudding, was disappointing and more reminiscent of canteen food. The employees, who, in contrast to the boss, were always friendly and tried hard, should be mentioned positively. Overall, I cannot recommend the hotel.

Room under the attic very dark. Renovated bathroom in which the shower water is distributed throughout the room. Defect known, should be remedied later. Breakfast buffet from Lidl without labels. Flies and cobwebs over the buffet. Cleaning of the rooms only upon request. Dead flies remained on the window sills in the hallway and stairwell all week. WiFi available and free of charge, but not in the room. Minimalist dinner with a choice between fish and meat. Mostly finished products. Drinks must be paid for immediately.

We as the Güstrow cycling group were there from September 15th to September 20th, 2024. Everyone felt like they were in good hands. Rooms good, half board varied and tasty. Service was attentive and friendly.Parking spaces should be free as security is not guaranteed due to the open gate (even at night).Bikes could be stored in the locked container and shed.Thank you, the cycling group!

Hands off this hotel!Price-performance ratio definitely doesn't fit! Minimalist furnishings, cleanliness is different, breakfast: you get full, but as we all know, your eyes eat with you. Fantastic location - but it's a shame to call the accommodation a chalet. Never again!

The location is very nice. When you come in you are greeted by a dark, cluttered reception. The staff and the operator don't seem to be from the industry.Unfortunately, the food is subpar and not worthy of a hotel.Rooms are okay.

Nice facility, unfortunately our room wasn't cleaned well, the glass door was totally dirty, the floor wasn't wiped and there was a dirty towel in the kitchen compartment

Hotel next to a large school, on the lake with its own lawn, jetty and larger rental boats. Large outdoor terrace facing the lake. In addition to the old building, there are 18 new living containers with the corresponding charm but good facilities. Food is okay, but friendly service.
