The hotel was recommended to me and is well located. There are bus stops, bakeries, discount stores, supermarkets, gas stations and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. After a few minutes you are in the green. From the back you have a good view and little street noise. The room was small but sufficient for one person. The bed was a nice size but I personally found it quite hard. There is even a small refrigerator in the room. Since it's in the attic it gets really warm in the summer. You can sit outside and relax. 3 vehicles can be parked on the property or on the street. There are vending machines for snacks and drinks in the entrance area. The staff is very nice. I will definitely come by again. From the increase in July 2024, the price is ok for what is offered.

From the first contact by phone to the personal one at reception, everything was great.The house and the rooms are tip top, clean and functional.We came as a family and stayed in 2 double rooms for 2 nights.A very family atmosphere at the breakfast buffet.We say thank you and will definitely come back.Best regards from Bavaria.

Small, cute hotel with cozy rooms. There are many forests, bodies of water and good transport connections all around.Particularly noteworthy is the friendly operator who not only cares about the well-being of his guests, but also that of their dogs and responds to their needs in every situation.When I set off for a seminar with my dog after breakfast, both my dog and I got some nerve nourishment on the way. Very, very kind and attentive and by no means taken for granted.You should definitely remember to pack shower gel and shampoo. If necessary, you can also buy this directly at the hotel or in nearby shopping centers.We would like to thank you very much for the lovely stay and look forward to our next visit.

A hotel to feel good all around!Despite the good traffic situation and connection to the center and natural recreation areas, it is sufficiently quiet so that a restful sleep is possible.The rooms are bright, attractive and well-kept.The owner's very friendly, caring and cultured manner ensures a relaxed and relaxing staypossible. After over 20 individual stays, we always feel like we are in very good hands and look forward to every new oneStay. The price-performance ratio is very good!

I wanted to book 3 rooms in this hotel but it didn't work. I first tried by email but got no answer, then I tried three times by phone and was always promised that there would be an offer and a confirmation by email but nothing happened. I then had to book another hotel at short notice. I mean something different by customer friendliness. I certainly cannot and will not recommend this hotel.

We stayed 13 days at Arcus Hotel. The rooms were very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They did their best for everything we needed. We were very satisfied. They made us very happy with a small gift when we left. Our first Germany experience left a smile on our faces. We recommend it to everyone.

My brother has been staying at the Arcus Hotel for many years. Rooms clean and spacious, breakfast is a small buffet, the owners are very friendly. All around pleasant. Highly recommended. Not to forget that almost in front of the front door there is a bus that goes directly into the city center to the Zoo train station.
