A week ago my guests from the Netherlands were very satisfied staying at the White House Villa for 2 weeks. strategic location,cool,clean pool ,very beautiful garden 🏡,fast service and the owner is very friendly and caring like family.my guests are very happy and will be back next year.Once again thank you to ibu bapak Agung as the owner for making my guests happy and satisfied.love

I have stayed at white house villa around 3 weeks , i am happy and enjoyed stay there , they have swimming pool , with beautiful garden , good service and the owner is realy friendly like family , keep it up

Arianni and, Agung are perfect hosts who involve guests with local cultural events. They are always on hand to deal with any issues or give guidance . The rooms get booked long term as they offer great quality beds, living space, private kitchen and an en suite bathroom all serviced by in house staff. The garden is an oasis of lush plants and flowers. The pool is, bijou and a great place to cool off or relax in the sun.

They showed us a nice room upstairs and we wanted to book it but they told us it's not available. They said they have another similar room (first lie) and sent us photos because it was occupied by someone else and so we couldn't see it.They guaranteed the room looked exactly like the photos (second lie) so we decided to book for several months. When we arrived, the room was a disaster!! poor maintenance, walls crumbling down, the shower🤮🤮 ants, poor cleaning, blood on bedsheets...They offer NO REFUND and tried to convince me it looks like the photos😂😂 then, they finally admited those are old photos taken by a professional photographer, and they're edited because otherwise people wouldnt book😂

There's a window in the kitchen ceiling that you cannot close. Everything gets wet when it rains: sofa, chairs, floor, kitchen door, and even the bedroom if you forget the kitchen door open. Also you'll have cockroaches coming down from that kitchen window from time to time, as it's on the ceiling and not possible to close it. I do not recommend

No blackout curtains. You'll have the sun straight on your face every morning 6am like a clock. Plus thin walls and a lot of noise so don't expect to sleep either.

Awful experience. My one tip for you if you want to rent this place is GO VIEW THE ROOM. Do not trust the photos, those photos are 5 years old and the place doesn't look like that.Also, the owner (Agung) asked for 3 months payment upfront, which was another mistake. When we arrived and saw the terrible state of the place, we wanted a refund straight away. He and Ariani (the other host) refused and told us ''you can leave whenever you want but you're not getting your money back''.After a lot of fights and discussion, they agreed to give us back 2 months rent minus 1.5mill cancellation fee (they never mentioned any cancellation fee when we booked the place, but we were just happy to get out of there😅)Feel free to browse through all the photos I took from the property. And better avoid this place.
