Although it is well located, the rooms do not correspond to the pictures. The bed is so hard that you get back pain. It's partly okay for sleeping. We also came into the room, I wanted to use the towel from the hostel but I couldn't because it was so dirty and full of red stains and I was very disgusted by it.

+ Friendly team + good location in the eastern part of Berlin + good WiFi-Unfortunately, fees are charged for towels or a check-in before 4 p.m. (!!!), which didn't fit the already high price of our room. TV defective or without reception. If you only need to sleep for a few hours = enough

I was there with my graduating class and it was horrible. The only good thing about the hostel is that it is pretty close to the Ostbahnhof (10 minutes walk) and therefore guarantees mobility. But otherwise the 5 day stay was absolutely not great. The staff was unfriendly and the breakfast was mediocre. But the rooms were the worst. There were cockroaches in almost all of the 8 rooms and the staff were unhelpful with the situation or ignored them. In one of the rooms where comrades stayed, the toilet and shower did not work, but new rooms were not provided for them. Additionally, the room cards rarely worked, so we often had to change cards.I would definitely not recommend this hostel!

There are only towels in the double rooms (I called and asked in advance and was told that towels are only not included in the 10-person rooms...). It is actually clean compared to other hostels and they pay very close attention to the night's sleep. The bunk beds are definitely older, as they squeak with every turn (I'm a short, not particularly heavy 1.60 woman) and are no longer screwed properly. But the mattresses and covers were clean. TV also works and there are blackout curtains. The staff doesn't speak German, but English is OK.

For our first visit to Berlin it was planned that we would only need a room to sleep and shower. We spent the rest of the day exploring the beautiful city. The room in the hostel was great, it was clean, the staff was always friendly. Some people's knowledge of German wasn't perfect, but it was completely enough. We arrived earlier than planned and were able to check in earlier than 4 p.m. Opposite is a parking garage (Edeka), next to it a late-night shop and a snack bar. A few meters further is the subway station, from which you can get to Alexanderplatz or, if necessary, further. All in all a great stay! We'd love to come back

We stayed for one night, all we needed was a place to sleep, take a bath and drink coffee in the morning - all the assumptions were met. The service was nice and helpful.

Cozy atmosphere. The garden, with some problems with the wood of the floor, but it allowed us to have breakfast as a whole group, with the things we bought in front of us, in a really pleasant space. We could make coffee in the kitchen or whatever food we needed. At the entrance there is a coffee machine that worked at any time. The garden served as a meeting center with other people staying in the hostel or not.The 2 meals we ordered were really well prepared, abundant and very tasty. The reception staff were all very pleasant, starting with the Manager himself. There were people of various nationalities and several who spoke Spanish. The hostel is highly recommended, especially in summer.
