It's a complete tragedy, you can't be expensive like people. One bathroom and toilet for 10 people, some kind of run-down boiler with no water flow, but it's like washing yourself only

Pretty unkempt accommodation. The outside area is very untidy and it smells strange. Very like a wet dog outside and rather musty in the hallway/staircase. Things were going well in the room. It was partly dirty, the walls and ceiling were stained and there were cables hanging out of the wall in the shared bathroom. The sink was also EXTREMELY small. Shower, toilet and sink all in one, which means that when one person is showering, the entire bathroom is blocked for everyone. There is also only 1 toilet. Walls are a bit noisy and you can hear the highway when the window is open. However, it is very conveniently located and there are enough parking spaces available. Okay for one night as emergency accommodation, not recommended for a longer stay!!

Absolutely to be avoided, I only chose it for an appointment because of the location. The accommodation is in a catastrophic condition and communication is a foreign concept. The owners are unable to issue invoices, which is your legal obligation as a commercial provider.

Disaster - Ancient, dirty and simply unacceptable. Sometimes there is no warm water, the conditions are just bad. The fact that something like this is made available as accommodation and that people charge money for it is really outrageous.

Terrible. Never again.No bells and strange people are enough to meet them at Marienhof. The rooms were far too small for the price and some were poorly furnished. It smelled horrible in the hallway and everything seemed very neglected. Slept for 3 hours because it was far too loud and tiring. The bed makes noises with every little movement. The other guests slam doors and cough as if it were their home. The yard looked like trash had been stored there for years. The positive reviews are completely incomprehensible and wrong. Biggest nightmare I have ever faced.

When we recently spent the night there while in transit, we were pleasantly surprised by the short-term, unproblematic booking confirmation. We also found it very positive that the friendly landlady waited for us until 11 p.m. Our bungalow was equipped with a bathroom, kitchen and a sleeping/living area. It is functional, clean, close to nature and rurally cozy. Price performance ratio is very good. We can definitely recommend it.

Hello, that was a terrible vacation, like a dump, it said that you can grill, everything was dirty and there was a bee's nest hanging on the grill that was from a few years ago. The room was also bad, like in a garage. The TV didn't work either, so here we are Went back home the next day and took a shower, so we'd have to send someone from the supervisor there

What is there to write for the employees, ok, you come back at 6 p.m., there's work, there's a kitchen, there's a bathroom, there's a fridge in the rooms, you get ready, you eat, and you go to bed and go to work in the morning 😀

When entering the property it was very "untidy" everywhere.There was a strong smell of smoke on the ground floor because people were smoking heavily in the anteroom.The kitchen with its oversized boiler or something similar doesn't look nice, some of the dishes aren't really clean, there are dirty spots on the walls. Everything in our room was old and thrown together, the walls were poorly painted, a towel was even dirty, it smelled strange, probably like the chimney, and the floor creaked extremely with every step. In the bathroom the wallpaper was loose in several places, tiles were missing and the mirror had seen better days. The bathtub/shower was so dirty that I first cleaned it thoroughly with a sponge. All in all, it's a shame for this unkempt condition!

The owners are the nicest people you will EVER meet!! They made me feel welcome and made me feel at ease. I swear their friendliness can change any mood. The rooms are so homey it makes me feel like im visiting my gran on the farm❤ this place might not be the Hilton but its well equiped and clean. Its a 30min walk to bus station or about 5min drive to the nearest store. Waking up to birds chirping and nature around me really sets my day up. If you want quiet/ peaceful atmosphere to desensitize to modern hustle and bustle of busy Berlin this is where you need to be. They have free Wi-Fi if it gets tooo quiet. Enjoy. I will deffo be coming back
