The location of the hotel is very convenient in terms of distance from the station. The hotel room is large and clean, but it could use some renovation.Many thanks to the hotel employees Arthur and Marina for their attention and professionalism.

The location is very central and well located :-) The rooms and the rest are unfortunately quite outdated and partly defective. The shower wall was broken, the middle part was completely missing, the safe was broken and there was also something broken in the wardrobe. The cleanliness was okay, but unfortunately nothing more. The door opener didn't work several times during the day, so we kept having to go to reception because our room wouldn't open. But the employees were friendly :-)However, for €100 per person per night we expected a little more.

It’s a budget hotel, you can’t expect much. But surprisingly, everything was pretty much clean, rooms are comfortable, service was good.Excellent location.Bathroom was not the best, but for a budget hotel, I would say 4 stars out of 5.

Located in the middle of City West, you can't expect too much for this price, but for one night (after attending a concert) it was enough. The floor in the shower is dissolving itself, loud (Arabic??? Turkish???) screaming/blaring can be heard in the courtyard from 6.30 a.m. onwards, which cannot be ignored even by closing the windows...

The room is small, clean and perfectly adequate with a kettle right next to the S-Bahn. Parking in front of the door if you're lucky. Breakfast is plentiful and good

Unfortunately I can't say anything positive about the room or the location. The toilet will flush unless you wait and press it a second time. You can't set the temperature in the shower; it alternates between hot and cold. In general the bathroom was in very bad condition! At first I thought the fittings weren't clean, but they're just so old that they're already tarnished. I didn't even want to touch her. The towel heater has rusted! The covers on the shower faucet holder were missing.The door frame of the bathroom door was broken at the bottom and had to be fixed with brackets.There were several silverfish on the floor!Furthermore, you couldn't leave the window in the bedroom completely open overnight because it protruded over one side of the bed! In addition, the neighbor from the next room was able to look directly into our room, which he did!The TV remote control battery cover was missing. There were no sockets near the bed. Only a single accessible socket, which was under the table. Unfortunately, this is no longer up to date.The environment is extremely loud. Loud Turkish music could be heard in the courtyard until around 2 a.m. So loud that you had to close the windows. The windows should actually stay open because it felt like 30 degrees in the room. Well, we could then decide to either sleep and sweat extremely or listen to the great music... with the window closed the music was just bearable.The room had a mini fridge, which only worked when the room card was plugged in - but at least!I can't say anything about the service at the 24-hour reception because we didn't use it.My conclusion: Unfortunately, by far the worst hotel I've ever been in and I've stayed in quite a few hotels with my family that were similarly priced or sometimes even cheaper - it's a shame!

From the moment we arrived, we knew something was seriously wrong.Firstly, the room was in a terrible condition. When we lifted the bedclothes, we discovered cockroaches crawling under the bed. It was disgusting and completely unacceptable. But it got worse – the walls and bathroom were covered in mold. The smell of dampness and mold was so strong that it was difficult to breathe.The staff seemed unfazed when we reported the problems. They offered no help or solution, and didn't seem to care at all about the comfort or health of the guests.I strongly advise everyone to avoid this hotel. It was one of the worst experiences I've ever had, and no one should have to endure this. Save your money and choose another place to stay!We left the hotel immediately…

Hotel is in great need of renovation. The shower head was attached with a cable tie, the toilet seat was hanging by a thread, parts of the door and frame had broken out and the door handle was completely loose. Unfortunately, the cleanliness in the bathroom left a lot to be desired.The television didn't work at all and wasn't repaired during our stay, despite repeated requests.A peaceful night's sleep was out of the question because in the evenings and all night long there were shady characters in and in front of the hotel who were so loud that you couldn't sleep. Unfortunately, you couldn't keep the window closed at night to block out the noise a little, as you would have been in the room that was due to the temperatures.Only the location was great, you could reach the S Bahn within a minute's walk

Bad hotel that also couldn't see our booking before she wrote down our booking number. So we had to be in 2 rooms instead of 1.Very worn and disgusting hotel, where far too many Polish craftsmen live and their vans fill up the hotel's private parking, so there is no room for other people's cars.Cannot be recommended

Paid top price for three days in Berlin to see Oranje, way too much for such a mediocre hotel, but I was happy that I could get something, three stars they say, but 1 or 2 stars is it, that's all

It was good. Besides the fact that a family of gipsies live in the back of the hotel and sometimes they make loud noise at night, nothing to be said. The staff was very friendly, I even stayed and philosophized with one of them about the world we live in. Everything good. And you have S bah , U bahn, shops everything you need is nearby. On the left a great lake park and you can go even on foot to the right to the beautiful center of Berlin. I love the city. It was wonderful! Thank you
