I wouldn't recommend a room on the ground floor because it's terribly dark there and very noisy in the morning when the staff go on the trolleys

Wasn't that great for this price. Musty room. First I had to fully ventilate 15. Hotel parking lot overcrowded. Breakfast very simple and a bit confusing.

Since I travel a lot for business, I've been visiting Hotels.com a lot lately.Positive:Staff nice and friendlyBreakfast was very good and was always replenished. The price was very good.Negative:1. The room was very dirty, it looked like the vacuum cleaner was only vacuuming one area at a time. All the corners and edges need to be cleaned again, the carpet is already gray with dust. I didn't even want to look under the bed.2. We arrived as a family of four, the room was really too small for that, we had to agree in advance who would go first, and the bathroom was also very tiny.3. The double bed is already very narrow.4. Parking after 8 p.m. becomes a hassle because the entire parking lot is full of vans, which usually take up more than one parking space.

It was our first time in the hotel and we didn't regret it. We booked a family room. The parents sleep downstairs and there are two single beds on the upper floor. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay at B&B Genshagen.

Completely satisfied with my stay. The contact before arrival was great, the receptionists were nice and helpful, no problem with check in. The room was very clean, the mattress was comfortable. Super fresh bed sheets and towels. Air conditioning kept the room warm. The noise from the highway is barely heard when the window is closed. The only negative aspect of the room was its slightly unpleasant smell. Breakfast was OK, not too fancy but something to choose for everyone.

We booked this hotel for a short overnight stay to travel to Poland the next day. We traveled with our 7-month-old child. We asked for an extra cot, so that he could also spend the night in this hotel.No one was present at the location upon arrival. It was very unclear how we could check in ourselves. We were about to book another hotel when we found out we could check in ourselves.Once we arrived in the room, where the blood was suffocatingly hot, it turned out to be very small. There was no cot available, although we had requested one. Due to the lack of staff at this location, it was not possible to request and obtain the bed. The room was certainly not clean and was not equipped with amenities such as a kettle, etc.The beds and bathroom were of good quality. The hotel is also ideally located for people passing through. It is located right next to the highway. Despite its location close to the airport, you will experience little to no noise pollution.All in all, for us the positives certainly do not outweigh the negatives. Our stay was very disappointing, especially considering the price paid, and we will not recommend it to others. We were happy that we could leave early the next morning for our next destination.

Unfortunately, this hotel does not have the typical B&B flair. Room and bathroom too small. Air conditioning and exhaust air in the bathroom do not work. Not the cleanest as usual from B&B.

I liked the good breakfast and the comfortable bed. The employees are also very friendly. Unfortunately the rest wasn't so good. Lots of dust in the air, cobwebs in the corners, dead mosquitoes still clinging to the closet and traces of mold in the bathroom. The layout with the courtyard is nice at first glance, but even normal conversation volume is still audible when you lie in bed at night and want to fall asleep. And that even though I had the quietest location with my corner room on the 2nd floor. There's not much you can do, but the housekeeping needs to be better. The only room amenity is a hairdryer, it is quite small and the lighting is modest. But these points are acceptable for the price.

Great team and great service. The price-performance ratio is unbeatable. The breakfast is worth the money. Porridge with oat milk, Eastern and delicious rolls as much as we want. Saved us lunch.

Great location. Close to the highway, but still very quiet. Price-performance is great. Functional furnishings, no extra frills, but everything you need is there. Reception very friendly.
