The hotel is located at a great spot, anything is easy to reach with public transportation. The place is well kept, our (small) room was basically cleaned daily. The breakfast was nothing special but it was good to have that option. We did not have a hairdryer in our room but the staff kindly provided one when asked. The wardrobe could have used more hangers or more shelves.The noise insulation was basically nonexistent, we could hear everything from other rooms (vice versa I assume) and the lobby outside which was particularly bothering. Another problem was that we had to let the water flow for like 10 minutes before having warm enough water to shower. This last one we were informed about at least.Overall still a positive experience with a few problems we're willing to overlook for the great price. Considering staying here at our visit next year if nothing better comes up.

I came here for two nights for the Berlin Marathon, booked at very short notice. Small, very quiet (day and night) room facing the inner courtyard with a sink (toilet and shower outside right next to it). Cleanliness and mattress good.Breakfast selection was absolutely fine and the toaster also worked well... 😊Breakfast on marathon Sunday was served from 7 a.m. The fact that breakfast is only served from 8 a.m. on the following Monday, and probably on every other day of the week, resulted in a point deduction.

Pleasant welcome and full breakfast in the morning.The negative points of the rooms are: hot water problems in the morning, no water flow and not very blackout curtains which wake you up in the morning for those who are most sensitive to daylight.Positive point: fairly spacious room and quiet location and wifi available.Otherwise the building is 15 minutes from a station which quickly reaches the city center and all the things to visit.Good value for money!

Dirty room, pubic hair and dirt on the beds. Black mold between the joints in the bathroom. Plaster is crumbling from the ceiling. Some windows were cracked.When I made a complaint, I was told that everything was great and that I was welcome to look for something new.It's completely out of the question when it comes to refunding the money.Booked a clean room and got a dirty shack.I actually didn't want to leave a review because such a review is not good for the company.If the operators decide to provide a refund, I will adjust my rating or remove it.Of course I'll post photos too.The ones posted immediately are almost harmless. But I can post even worse ones if necessary.Dear hotel, have decency and dignity and refund me 75% of the money.

Location is fantastic, near amneties, trains and buses. However, inside is like an abandoned 18th century building. Reception service not available after 9pm, and when manned, quite abrupt and not helpful.
Very dated building and rock-hard wooden beeds.

The place is centrally located in Berlin and close to everything.It's cheap and simple.No luxury or smart designer furniture.The hotel is of an older date and the decor is like stepping back in time, which is a special atmosphere. The rooms are nice and clean with toilet and shower. (the ones we had)The beds were a little hard.The breakfast is a good start to the day, buffet with boiled eggs, various breads, cold meats & cheese. Several kinds of yogurt and drinks such as coffee/tea and juice.The staff are smiling and provide good service.If you book here, don't expect luxury, this is simple and cheap.In the street's shops you will find the most luxurious branded products and wine bars and restaurants.

Well-located, simple hotel directly on Kurfürstendamm in Wilmersdorf/Charlottenburg. The room was clean. The only downer was that there were no fresh rolls at breakfast, only toast, rolls for toasting and bread.

Since our plane landed late on the first night, we had to check in at 23.30 and they charged 15 euros per room. He left as soon as the attendant gave him the room keys. When we entered our room for 3 people, there was neither a pillow nor a duvet on one of the beds, and the bed was a bed made from safes. My son and I slept on one duvet and were cold all night because the room's heater was off. The next day they changed our room to one with better beds, but this time there were cobwebs and spiders in the rooms. When I lay on my bed, my view was spider webs under the window.The glasses at breakfast were scratched from excessive use. There was a bad smell everywhere in the hotel.Also, although there was no warning in our room, when we arrived at night, they fined us for smoking in the room because of a paper they made us sign. We chose the location because it was close to the center, but there are luxury brand stores around. We always went to the center by train. I definitely do not recommend it.

The location near the Savignyplatz metro stop and Kurfurstendamm is really great.The room was clean and tidy and had a balcony with seating.Breakfast very basic, the ladies who provide the breakfast buffet are not the nicest, can't help but smile.The hotel was very noisy, including a squeaky bathroom door and creaking stairs.

I traveled with 4 friends to see the Euro, and we didn't have high expectations based on the reviews we found. However, the location is quite good if you are looking for tranquility, and the value for money is very good. We chose a room for the 5 of us and it was very spacious. It is not a hotel like those you can find in Spain, but for the average level of Europe it is a good option.On the corner of the street there is a Lebanese restaurant open practically all day with delicious food.
