Walls are a nice idea in themselves, but unfortunately a single sheet of plasterboard is not enough to provide sound insulation.Otherwise there's nothing wrong with it, but you won't get much sleep if you're snoring in the next room.

The rooms are very modern and well furnished. Only the windows seem to either not be set correctly or to be a bit older. Sometimes you have the feeling that it's about to fall on you.

Overall, the hotel left a positive impression. The room was sunny and pleasant, the bed was very comfortable, and the buffet was excellent with a large selection of dishes. The only disadvantage is the somewhat inconvenient location, which makes it difficult to reach certain sights. Nevertheless, the overall stay was very satisfactory.

We celebrated an 85th birthday at the Waldhotel Wandlitz on September 21st, 2024. We would like to thank the hotel team. We received excellent advice right from the start, so that overall the celebration was a complete success for everyone involved. We would like to thank the friendly team very much for this. We can only recommend this hotel.

Nice little hotel with friendly staff. Rooms are neatly equipped and comfortable. The small drawback is the size of the room and bathroom. The view is of a parking lot. But that's completely fine for one night. The rooms are clean. The bed is comfortable. Our breakfast was fresh, plentiful and delicious. From our point of view the hotel is recommended.

Four stars are definitely too many. Room was okay. Breakfast was sufficient, but fresh fruit could have been offered and not just the same fruit salad. The eggs weren't cooked at all on the second morning, so they were raw. It was probably the egg cooker and not the staff as we heard.Despite the asylum seekers' home, the situation was calm. Hotel located right on the edge of the forest from where you can walk to Lake Liepnitz.Many fitters in this hotel met in front of the hotel to drink beer in the evening. The cigarette smoke wafting into the open window wasn't very pleasant. So when temperatures are around 20 degrees at night, the windows are closed.

Stayed in the hotel for one night, received a very friendly welcome and booked online! We got a great room, modernly furnished and extremely clean. The evening buffet was very extensive and extremely tasty and had a wide selection! Will definitely stay there again! Keep it up and thank you very much

We booked the Waldhotel Wandlitz because we were traveling through and overall everything was fine. The location of the rather outdated hotel is rather quiet and idyllic due to the adjacent forest. But we were able to make good use of it and go for a walk with our dog. Our rooms were updated, but too small for two adults, two children and a dog. Without an open window at night you couldn't sleep, especially when it was warmer during the day. When we arrived we enjoyed the recommended grill buffet. The selection was okay, there were, among other things, chicken skewers, neck steaks, grilled cheese, corn, baked potatoes, salads, desserts, etc. However, a larger travel group managed to ensure that certain things such as grilled vegetables or fresh fruit were already empty when we arrived. Follow-up was also probably not possible due to the lack of food. In addition, the chicken skewers were very dry and the dessert was from the last century (jello with vanilla sauce). Unfortunately that was nothing. The breakfast scored points with a very solid selection. Here too, some things were empty and were not refilled. You probably have to calculate accordingly. Given the size of the building, the spaciousness and the substance, it is questionable how this can be operated economically. Otherwise everything was clean, the staff was friendly and some, like our room, were modernized. We would come back and then perhaps prefer to eat a la carte.
