It could have been a nice stay, as the hotel is very nice, simple but very comfortable. Location and breakfast are great! Just what you need for a short stay!BUT it was just ruined from the beginning. After 10 hours flight with a 1 year old baby, we had almost an hour of discussion with front desk about the rate I booked. They made me look like a fool and wanted to charge me double price from what I had booked originally. I am an IHG employee with a few years of experience working at Front Desk myself. Do you guys really think that I can be confused about the rate I book?I reserved 2 rooms in the same reservation and they were claiming the TOTAL price I see is for one room only but not two. Only after I told them that I would cancel this reservation and make 2 separate reservations with the price I originally had because it was still available to book on the website, they agreed to change it. I had to show it to them and email a screenshot of it!? Like seriously??

Good location, close to the main train station. Large construction site next door. Room quiet, quite small, but visually very appealing. Check-in was a bit bumpy and took about 10 minutes. Breakfast very good.

We really liked it here. The rooms are small but functional and clean. The only thing that bothered us was the brightness and the distance to the mirror in the bathroom. Really difficult to shave and put on make-up. The hotel is close to the train station and you can easily explore the city on foot. The breakfast buffet had something for everyone. The food was fresh and was regularly replenished.

Check-in was a bit difficult because the staff didn't speak much. Breakfast and underground parking would have to be actively addressed by us and would then only be booked later.The rooms are good and ours were quiet too. The equipment is modern because it is also new.The employees are extremely overwhelmed. At the breakfast buffet there were 2-3 women who didn't manage to clear away and refill the buffet at the same time.So some of the tables didn't look that great.Meanwhile, just around the corner, two men at reception were bored and would rather go for a smoke than help out their colleagues.Unfortunately, the bar was occupied irregularly, no coffee in the afternoon and nothing at all after 10 p.m.The location is great, you can quickly get to the city and to the train station.

We booked here because of our good experiences at the Holiday Inn Mannheim. Unfortunately, the queen bed was extremely hard, so we didn't sleep well. In addition, the sauna and fitness center could not be visited. The location is central, you can quickly get to the Dutch Quarter with the tram next door, the breakfast was okay and the staff was friendly. But we were very tired due to lack of sleep. The price-performance ratio wasn't right.

Beautiful new hotel with excellent views of the Havel district. Factually simple, very modern design. The rooms are extremely clean, the bathroom is ultra-modern with a beautiful shower. The beds are not too soft and the bed linen is extremely comfortable. Large TV and the WiFi also works without any problems. Personally, I really like the view, especially at night when everything is lit up. I also like the simple modernity of the hotel. The breakfast area and the lobby are also designed in this style, the breakfast leaves nothing to be desired, at least for me. The parking garage is easy to reach with the elevator, but the doors throughout the building are very stiff and close with a loud bang, which is actually the only thing I don't like. Otherwise, a clear recommendation from me. I've been there for a short vacation 5 times in the last 2 years.

The hotel is quite new, half of the building is totally empty. It is a bit confusing where the main entrance is, and the garage is also not easy to find. The rooms are a bit minimalistic, not bad, but you don't even get a wardrobe, no additional accessories like laundry bag, sewing kit, or even one-time slippers. The breakfast was nice, nothing fancy but with enough variety and good quality.

Stayed here for 5 nights. Rooms are very small. No toiletries. Only towel and shower gel. Nothing else. Breakfast is not great. Not much spread. Only good thing is location . Very near to railway station tram station and bus stand. Not worth. Restaurant not tried.

Was a disappointing stay not as good as other holiday inns we have stay in, the staff were friendly but we booked a double bedroom but it was two single mattresses together and they kept coming away with two single duvets. …

Ok this is one of the best hotel we stayed in Germany in this trip so far. The breakfast was great(lots of choices of bread, yogurt meat cheese, egg, drinks. With only 10€per head(price as of Sept 2024 only). Staff was great, the check in & out was fast and smooth. However, there was a hiccup on our first morning while we were down for breakfast at 8.30am and the maid went in to clean our room. This is our 10th hotel and I normally leave my bag/wallet in the room while down for breakfast. I don't carry a lot of cash cos I prefer cards. So I knew exactly that I had 50€ in my wallet(I counted it the day before and didn'tspend any). Long story short, came back up to the room and surprised to see the room made. I checked my wallet and my 50€ was gone. The hotel investigated and could not get any evidence out of the made. We reported to the police altho knew that we won't get the money back. Anyway, despite all the drana I still recommend anyone to stay here and I will definitely stay here again. Just dont leave the wallet or valuables in the room while you left the room just a short time, especially to the breakfast.Would love to suggest to improve, I'd like Kettle and mugs that we can make teas, coffee in the room, would be great.

For my trip I was happy to have found a hotel near the train station. From there you can also walk comfortably to the GfZ PIK site. The furnishings are modern and simple. TV and internet available, but I didn't test it. The breakfast was good, although the space around the buffet is rather tight. It's worth getting there early.
