Room was good, typical hotel standard for one night for 2 adults, clean, modern!Location was also typical, Berlin-loud, Berlin-dirty but also Berlin-warm, the vegetable kebab down the street is recommended!Service was very confusing, especially at reception. We booked and paid via Check24. At the reception it was then said that payment had to be made again, a credit card at the booking company (?) had been blocked (we paid via Paypal, mind you, I didn't understand which credit card they were talking about until now). After some back and forth, we paid provisionally, with the receptionist telling us that another colleague would be there the next day with whom this situation would be clarified...which of course caused worries in the evening.The next day the solution was that the colleague in question had “forgotten” to enter this correctly in the payment process the day before. Very strange and highly unprofessional considering that check-in and payment should be the most important steps.We then first registered a refund in writing at the reception, when another colleague came along and said that we could leave it at that with a cash refund of the amount paid the day before. We then accepted this.At the same time, another guest couple was also complained about incorrectly billing a price.Seems really unprofessional and not that clean.It's a shame if you were impressed by the actually very modern room!

This review has been a decrescendo over the days......Off to a good start.... Or at least quite well.... The area is not the quietest (lots of noise at night from those who raise their elbows too much) and the entrance is quite dark.... Well, I wouldn't go there for a family holiday but for work or with friends yes to clarify. However, it is a stone's throw from the U8 metro.At first glance the apartment is beautiful.... Modern... Technological in the lights, the taps with the sensor.... The toilet that opens by itself... You say... But what a place.....But then.... We notice the apartment was not cleaned properly... In the bathroom there was no soap and there was half a roll of toilet paper (multiple room for 5 days...).... So try calling the reception number 24/7 (being an apartment hotel not always open) but it is always busy.... When it opens in the morning we let you know.... A thousand apologies which would have been sorted out immediately.... Instead no one showed up for every day of our stay...... What was missing we took from ourselves....Let's move on to the technology of the apartment..... Nice... When it works.... The electric curtains open and close by themselves.... The toilet bowl ditto (it's not pleasant to hear it slamming at night) and the sensor of the tap lasts 3 seconds and sometimes it stops completely....... I would say to review..... Unless they wanted to create a house of horrors atmosphere.....But the top is the reason for the only star.... On the last evening we arrived in the room and.... The door wouldn't open.... We manage to call a number indicated on the reception door and they explain to us that they knew and that we could find keys to open the door under a rubbish bin in the area before the reception..... I say.... Why????!!!!! Not only did they know but then you leave me two keys there? We are a group used to traveling.... But if they find less practical people they leave them in big problems.... Yet it was enough to call us to at least warn them that they would change the keys.....In short..... Not recommended.... At least in our experience..... And it's a shame because it would have potential!!!!!

I did cancel my booking after looking at what did people say about this hotel ill pay more and stay in a 4star hotel i was lucky i could cancel my booking without paying any thing look alot of people are complaing about this hotel i will not take the risk thanks to every one saying the truth

Actually zero stars, why:Very bad service: Shortly after check-in, we complained about the lack of soap in the bathroom. A fix was promised within 10 minutes, but it never came. The front door no longer opened around 11 p.m. in the evening. Since the reception was not occupied, after a short time 9 people and 1 dog piled up in front of the door. Rescue by opening from the inside. In the bathroom, the hand basin mixer tap was broken, there was no way to adjust the temperature, but the water started running by itself in the middle of the night. Since the odor trap in the bathroom didn't work, the constantly running exhaust fan sucked in the smells from the sewer pipe, which was disgusting. The room's air conditioning couldn't be turned off via the panel and woke us up several times during the night. Last but not least, we couldn't even report these issues at check-out because the front desk wasn't staffed. You should slide the lock cards under the door. Of course you can't get an invoice this way...

A really nice hotel with modern rooms, we had a great view over Berlin from the 7th floor. There are many options nearby to eat out in the evening or go to the bar. Karstadt is also within walking distance. Only the parking options are very limited if you can find anything at all…. It took us 30 minutes to even be able to park near the hotel.But otherwise I can recommend the hotel!

The hotel is conveniently located, with appropriate background noise. The apartment was spacious, the bed was big enough and comfortable. Black streaks on the floor could be eliminated. The automatic toilet in the small (but completely adequate) bathroom is constantly on when you are at the washbasin. Unfortunately no breakfast, lots of options all around. At €140, it's quite expensive.

Avoid this hotel at all costs! This is a scam! We stayed there for a few weeks in the summer of 2023, a few months after we left we received an email from the hotel that we caused flood in the room and that they had to completely renovated the room and charge us 2800 euro on our credit card!!There was no picture of the room, no bills from contractorsYet, they have taken 2800 euro from our credit card!! According to the terms and conditions which we sign, they are authorised to take the money, this is purely scam! We fought with the credit card provider, still there is loss of money due to exchange rate.Do NOT stay there at all costs!
