For a monastery we had a beautiful, quiet and comfortable room in the newly renovated school/office building. The bathroom had the largest shower I have ever had. The lounges offered plenty of space for an evening get-together. The monastery complex was ideal for a walk and a good service was held in the monastery church. Unfortunately, the museum is currently being renovated. But we had a great tour of the monastery grounds by the museum director, full of facts and stories, really great and definitely recommended!

Very nice location. Quiet and relaxing. Nice little rooms with a nice view. On-site parking €6 per day. Breakfast very good. Friendly staff.

+ small and functional accommodation in the upper area of the guest house + very quiet + the bathroom is great: very large/comfortable and up to date + everything is very clean and well-kept + breakfast in the lower area: tasty and sufficient + the wine cellar is recommended 😉

A magical place, well-equipped rooms. Quite expensive.If the room is facing the church, the night can be restless. The bell rings every half hour all night long.

We had a very nice stay in the beautiful old monastery walls. The beds were very comfortable, the grounds were beautiful and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. The service contact was also great.At the same time there was a wedding taking place on the premises with loud music and dancing late into the night and due to the thick walls and good windows we were still able to sleep well.For coffee specialties there is a freely accessible fully automatic machine that makes very good coffee, so coffee is also available outside of breakfast.

Unfortunately a disappointing stay.Wanted to spend a few days there from December 25th. Due to a train cancellation I was only able to arrive a day later. I had tried to contact guest management several times by email and telephone - but without success.For check-in, I received instructions by email with a numerical code for a key box. However, this numerical code did not work. When I arrived I stood in the cold for an hour and couldn't check in. There was no one anywhere, and no one could be reached at any of the telephone numbers given.It was a holiday - but if there are problems with self-check-in, there must be an emergency contact in such cases.It was only when another guest arrived who had apparently received the correct numerical code that I got the key to my room.We were the only ones among numerous guest rooms for two days, the rest of the time I was completely alone (also self-catering, without any meals booked).So even though I didn't take anyone's place away or use any kind of service, the team insisted that I had to pay for the first night too - that was the cancellation policy. And you probably don't know the term goodwill.Regardless of the guests: The church was partly closed during the stated opening times, and I didn't find the area around the monastery to be particularly beautiful. There is a lot of construction work on the site and if you walk towards the lake, the paths seem quite unkempt and sometimes overgrown.I have visited much nicer monasteries here with better service. A pity!

We only spent one night in the guesthouse.Our reception was extremely friendly.The rooms are very neat and very clean.In the reception you can also get a coffee from the machine at a later hour.The breakfast you eat in the rehabilitation clinic is completely fine.The quiet location is pure relaxation.Price performance fits!Thank you for the pleasant stay 👍

Great, very nicely furnished rooms. Everything very clean. The employees: inside are very service oriented. I would be happy to come back as a guest. During seminars, very good working conditions and the wine cellar invites you to relax in the evening.

A fantastic monastery complex in wonderful surroundings. The room was simple but very clean - truly a place to unwind.I had booked breakfast as well. It was good and completely sufficient for me.In the evening I just “had” to enjoy the sunset under the listed lime tree.The three summer days in Lehnin and the surrounding area were pure relaxation.I'll definitely come back here in the fall.

Great location! I have rarely celebrated or played music in a place that is so perfect! On the one hand, there is the location on the monastery lake, with a jetty for boats or for swimming! In front of it, a wooden platform invites you to sit or lie down. A small amphitheater-like facility.There are at least 2 excellently equipped event rooms, each with a piano (tuned, but otherwise mediocre), rooms for creative work and a large lawn between the main building and the lake.The rooms are simply but functionally furnished. You sleep very well on solid mattresses and in the best air!The food is great!Good selection of drinks!Plus a very nice service! Also WiFi access!You can hike in a relaxed manner and definitely shouldn't miss a visit to the monastery!

The former monastery building offers solid guest rooms and a service with a coffee machine in the reception room and a vaulted wine cellar that can be used for groups. The equipment is new, clean and functional. However, the breakfast room in the more distant rehabilitation building has the atmosphere of a canteen. What is absolutely impressive is the monastery grounds themselves and the entire area around them. Both invite you to take long walks or sightseeing.
