Beautiful place with lots of potential but the hygiene condition is a disaster, shared kitchen is left abandoned and is full of rats. The bathroom of our apartment is covered with mold. It’s a shame because it could be an amazing place if they took care of it.

The place is beautiful, but very neglected, unsanitary, rats running around the kitchen, cockroaches, constant smell of slop, the refrigerator is never cleaned. They are poorly cleaned, the bed linen has holes, the towels are dirty, torn, everything is moldy, old. The pool is the only thing that looks good, that’s why it’s a star! You can’t do yoga, there are mosquitoes, ants, the whole area is not cultivated, straw is constantly being burned in the fields. What's so funny about living next to rice fields, toads always in the room, snakes on the territory, geeks of different sizes 🤦♀️

Very nice homestay overlooking the rice fields, there are rooms in the common building and houses on the street. There are 2 very meager kitchens, a nice pool, a place for yoga/meditation/relaxation. This resort is not on airb&b, booking, or other similar services.Where is:12 minutes to Crate Cafe5 minutes to the ocean16 min to Finns Recreation Club40 min to Ngurah Rai AirportPrice per night: We paid 250k rupees (~18$) per nightWe were offered 4.5 million rupees for a month.+I was very pleased with the staff, ready to help at any time and answer any question.+We lived in a house, very cozy and reminiscent of a house in the village. Light wooden furniture, cozy light+The room has a bath (normal by the way) and a shower+2 tables, one in the room, the other on the street+There are coolers with drinking water in the kitchen+ Silence, sounds of nature-The only thing that bothered me here is that the water is very muddy and doesn’t smell like anything.-Despite the fact that we were here during a pandemic, there were quite a lot of people-Everything in the kitchen leaves much to be desired (cleanliness, dishes, light, newness, etc.)-We saw a snake right next to the house (for us this is not a minus, on the contrary, we were happy and watched it, but many will not appreciate it)-The air conditioner is located in a not very convenient place (at night you can’t turn it off/on without getting up)We were very pleased with the place we stayed at! We lived in a bungalow. I highly recommend it to those looking for a quiet place with beautiful views!

Outstanding amazing place with huge open space & beautiful view, suits for some events & gatherings. Good choice of accomodation. -Just a kitchen is not very new furnished. But many tables, can be as a co-working as well, good internet.
