As entrepreneurs, we were looking for accommodation for 3 employees at very short notice. Due to the many negative reviews, I spoke to the CEO, Mr. Lion Henning, by phone in advance and told him my concerns. Mr. Henning was very friendly and tried to convince me otherwise. He even sent me photos of the rooms (unfortunately our employees were NOT accommodated there).Unfortunately, all of the negative reviews written here are true. Mr. Henning deliberately deceived me. Unfortunately, in order to confirm the booking, payment must be made in advance.Our employees only stayed one night. It was an imposition! There were 3 beds in a 10 m2 room, everything was much too narrow and it smelled like a sewer, the toilet bowl was brown and it was dirty everywhere. There was a distance of 50 cm between the beds. Even with a 2-man occupancy, it's far too tight. The head was directly against the wall. The other room with 2 beds was also much too narrow and otherwise just as dirty and smelly. The hallways are greasy and there are no tiles on the steps.Our employees are really horrified that you can even rent something like that. They also say that unfortunately the photos do not reflect what it was really like on site.Before my review, I tried to reach Mr. Henning by phone, unfortunately without success, and there was no response to my email either. I wanted him to come to us with the bill, but in return I wanted to forego my rating.

I was there with friends and it was completely satisfactory. There were four of us and we reserved 2 rooms. The staff was friendly and ÖVM and a supermarket were easy to reach!

Really bad Air BnB, asocials and bums sit downstairs in front of the entrance and make a lot of noise at night, listen to loud music etc. Closing the windows isn't possible either because there is no air conditioning and you would die here. The building we were in was dark and like something out of a horror movie. Our room had such dirty walls that it could easily have been a crime scene. The blood stains were the highlight. The beds and linens were clean and comfortable. There was a single closet with 2 compartments for 3 people. In one corner of the room there was a pipe coming out of the walls that ran down all the pipes and was also caked on the floor. There was a mini fridge and a TV with no remote control? There was also a table, but there was so little space that you couldn't even put the chairs around it. The bathroom was an absolute nightmare, the toilet was full of urine, the shower was dirty and the drain was BLACK. The shower door was also broken and we had a single roll of toilet paper (of course it wasn't enough). Even camping is more pleasant there. As a woman, you feel absolutely unsafe and harassed by the many male figures who hang around outside the hotel at night and the broken door handle in our room increased the feeling of security even more! I wouldn't have been able to stay here for more than two days, but at least the lady at reception was nice.

Positive:- good price- close to S-Bahn and bus station (little waiting time, only takes 30 min to downtown from there)- close to supermarket, Edeka is open til midnight- reception is nice (we asked for a quiet room and she found one that was still free)- beds are very comfortable, we slept well- fridge works well- pets allowed, so rare, amazing- easy checkin/checkout- other end has a working elevator- we don't think anyone entered our rooms while we stayed there- has laundry room and kitchen (we didn't use)- shower was not tiny and had good waterpressure- bathroom and bedroom were a decent size, not too small, just right- room and bathroom were clean- straight forward, works, you get all the basics you need- room looks plain (not like the hallways)Negative:- no shower gel or shampoo or handsoap- only 1 toilet paper roll, but we caught a cleaning lady who gave us more- (noone cleaned our room, but we only stayed 3 nights)- only 1 towel per person, no extra towels for floor or hand washing- bathroom was a little smelly because it had no window, ventilation could not keep up- there are always people hanging out by the back entrance but they only look dubious and are nice when you talk to themIf you are looking for an affordable place to stay and are not too picky about what you get, we would recommend this place.It's got a convenient location and is simple.

Disastrous. My partner and I have gone 6 days and 5 nights and each day was a new adventure. Every night they played music in the cars and drank until whatever time they decided. There was no hand soap, there were only two towels, and forget about gel and shampoo, there were leaks, two toilet rolls for 6 days... They gave you the TV remote control but without batteries, beds and pillows of another level.. Not to mention that they did not come to clean the room for a single day, nor to change towels or sheets... Service 0.And to finish the last day, we had to leave the room at 10 because at 9:45 they entered the room to tell us to leave... An experience not recommended at all. The only good thing was the location.3 stars? We really crashed to see the room.Conclusion: it is more worth paying more and resting better. Regards.

Bad hotel. The hotel has 3 stars, you could expect something better. In the middle of an industrial area.Another name on the hotel. Very very dirty mold in the bathroom and around the shower. Dirty towels, no soap or shower gel, 1 roll of toilet paper and it was on the sink, hallways and bed linen stink, no cleaner in the 2 days. Toilet full of urine Stone Very very loud because some guys in front of the hotel entrance agreed to party there until the early hours of the morning. The hotel resembles an asylum accommodation. Very scary as a woman alone. Very unsuitable for families.Advantages are only 2 TRAM stops in the immediate vicinity and an Edeka. All in all, a complete disaster.Never, ever againI would love to give it 10 minus stars, but that's not possible.R&B you have to come up with something, it's humiliating to offer it as a hotel.

Very friendly lady at the reception.That's about it.Mold in the drain, holes in the walls and ceilings and refugee shelter next door.Scantily clad caretaker ladies are not uncommon there.

Where should you start here...Maybe first, that on sites like Booking.com but also Google Maps, there is a completely different name than what you get in the end. But oh well.The receptionist was really nice, but she was also the only one in the house who seemed to be able to speak German.The entrance or reception is at the refugee home next door, for the elevator you have to go back out and through a "foyer" which was just an empty room with holes in the ceiling and cables hanging out.The elevator and the surrounding hallways smell strongly of garlic/onions. Permanently.The hallways themselves were dirty and full of strange characters who didn't want to offend anyone.In the room itself there are a lot of coat hooks against you, the shower drain is just a hole, the floor has very strange stains and the "Free WiFi" only redirects you to a Czech scam site. The walls were so thin that you could hear every step or sound of the neighbors.Single-ply toilet paper was the only thing in the bathroom, not soap or anything like that.But the best thing is yet to come: after we were in the room for a short time and then wanted to bring our things into the room, the door didn't open. The end of the story was, 4 women and 1 caretaker pry the door open, the lock is changed and the door still doesn't work. Great.At that point we couldn't really determine whether we were in East Berlin or Wallachia.So our tip is, spend a little more money, it's worth it, you wouldn't wish your worst enemy to spend the night there...

The rooms are dirty. The toilets stink. There is no Internet at all, although the advertisement states that Wi-Fi is available. Moreover, you can find various insects in the rooms.

Unfortunately I was unable to make the trip due to some personal circumstances, I explained my situation to the hotel and they offered me a 100% refund. Although I never had chance to stay here, the customer service was excellent :)))))))))

This was the worst hotel I have seen in my entire lifeThe name of the hotel was different than that described on the website. The rooms had various dirt stains on the walls. No towels and if you get some you should wash them all in the washing machine there for €3.50. You have to dispose of the garbage yourself in a backyard. The window view is of an industrial area and very loud even at 3am, so sleeping is not possible. Junkies and Romas meet at the entrance area in the evenings. The drain in the bathroom was blocked and smelled like a sewage treatment plant. That was the last time I saw this hotel. A hotel like this should be closed, so it is not recommended
