There was enough space in a 2-person box. We were only here one night. If you are staying longer, large suitcases can also be placed under the beds. One bed is even so high that an XXL suitcase would fit underneath. There was a large, long shelf above one bed, with lots of space to store everything. The beds were surprisingly super comfortable! The heating worked very well and the desired number of degrees could be set. The showers and toilets were very clean. Towels can be rented for €2 each, which was very convenient for us! There is a hairdryer, perfect! The location is of course unbeatable! All the guests were considerate of each other and at 10 p.m. sharp everything was quiet. I found the sound of the wind and the background noises of Berlin to be calming and didn't bother me at all. The staff was friendly.A curtain for the small window wouldn't have been bad, there's too much light coming in. The bar was closed, so a note about the renovation on the website would have been great. The area didn't seem particularly inviting, it was all a construction site. Even the foosball table was lined with building materials. There wasn't even nearly as much sand as shown in the photos. On the website it looked so inviting and cozy, but it really isn't at all. That was disappointing because I had chosen this accommodation because of the comfortable-looking facility. Really a shame!! There were no seats in front of the box either, it was completely different than in the photos! The boxes could urgently use a coat of white paint. The price for accommodation in this unfinished complex is absolutely wrong and actually a disgrace.

5 starsWe stayed in the 4-person cube for 2 nights in October.1st night: Clear sky and only 3°C. Our fear of freezing in the cube was completely unfounded. There is a heating plate with a thermostat on the ceiling that keeps the small room comfortably warm. At night we turned off the record and slept with the window open. The duvets were cozy and warm and despite the cold we didn't freeze and slept very well.2nd night: Storm and heavy rain. Everything stayed dry inside. The rain lashed against the window, but it was no louder than at home. You could hear the water flowing down the gutter. But that wasn't disturbingly loud either. The sanitary facilities are clean and warm and cozy. It smells pleasantly of mango everywhere. There are toilets for men and women, a washroom with 3 sinks and a shower for men and women and an additional 5 lockable individual shower rooms that can be used by everyone. The ambience is very nice with the beach feeling in the middle of the city. It was also surprisingly quiet at night, considering you're in the middle of the city. There are plenty of sockets in the cube.Food is also close by. Both a café and bakery for breakfast and a restaurant and snack bar for hearty meals. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. In short: we can completely recommend spending the night here.

Absolutely AWFUL place to stay!My brother, my dad and my mom were bitten by bugs or fleas. The rest of the guest do not respect the rules and after 10 pm it was very noisy! People drinking outside other cubes and playing music until 3 am.We left the place one day before, and so far we still haven’t received any response and refund. So far we spent money in treatment for the bites, new accommodation, and this whole experience has ruined our trip by lack of sleep, and coming back to the reception just to trying to reach the manager, absolutely waste of time trying to get in touch with her.Unfortunately I’m not able to upload photos of the nasty bites.

Why so small when there is more space available? Guess it's good for the price.

Rooms were quite tiny, without much wiggle-room, however, the location was amazing. Not only the big opportunity to leave the area through the U-bahn, but also through the amazing bar and establishment that the company holds. Upon arrival, it feels as though you are in a warm mediterranian country, with the bar charging 4.20€ for 0.5L of a beer and 7€ for a drink. Quite simply, amazing.

I do not recommend this place at all. Firstly, the rooms are way too small. Its embarrassing. We were three in our room and we could barely feet our luggage in the room. The beds were very uncomfortbale. On top of that, security within the hostel is embarrassing. Anyone can access the area where the rooms are. In addition, it was extremely hot inside of the room. It was impossible to stay inside. The bathrooms were quite dirty. On the day we arrived, there was blood in the bathroom, and it took two days to have it removed. On top of all of this, there is no common area where you can make/eat your own sandwich. One of my friends and I were eating homemade sandwiches at the hostel bar, and we were kicked out in a very rude way by the manager. He wouldn't even allow us to eat our sandwiches on bench close by. Really terrible stuff. I find it embarrassing that we paid for the hostel and we couldn't even have a frickin table to eat a sandwich. Quite unbelievable. The only good thing about this place is the location, with the hostel being located right in front of the train station. Horrible place, wouldn't recommend it at all. Please avoid this hostel.

Price-performance ratio not good. If you embark on the adventure as part of a business trip, it is generally awkward and unprofessional (e.g. issuing an invoice to address xy is a huge undertaking). The cubes themselves are tiny (approx. 4-5 square meters), furniture: bed, nightstand, 2 hooks. No chair or anything. Loveless, cheapest hostel standard. More could be achieved even in a small space. Also very noisy. Staff tries hard, but is not very helpful. The only positive thing: top location and nice beach bar with delicious snacks at very fair prices. Conclusion: Beach bar yes, don't stay overnight in the cube again!
