Since the rooms (walls and very creaky wooden floors) are extremely noisy, you are constantly disturbed at night.The hotel is located in a very densely populated residential area, so it is virtually impossible to find a legal parking space.

Everything was good, but with one small remark. The room for three was a room for two. Three beds and no room to move. Tip! 😊. Better to have beds on two floors than three or four in a room. Less space and more room to move 😊

The place is cheap I feel, but the cleanliness of the place and the rooms leaves a lot to be desired. It’s got wifi.When we stayed, people were coming and going, talking, being loud late into the night.As for the location, it’s good if you have to be in the area (like we were to visit friends), otherwise it’s 20-30 min from some center sightseeing like Potsdamer Platz.

As other guests have already written: the best times are obviously a long time ago, wear and tear is obvious, some of the furnishings are broken (refrigerator) or no longer up to date - and the price is a bit too high for that. But the most important thing was fulfilled: everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. Classic 3-star establishment.

The location is very good, you can get everywhere quickly by public transport and by car. Well-kept rooms, even the most demanding guest will be satisfied. My boyfriend and I spent only two days where we live in the center of Berlin (renovation of the apartment) and I can say that we will definitely go back there at every opportunity and I can wholeheartedly recommend this place even just to take a break from the city because when you are there you won't feel the hustle and bustle of the big city. a city, just a small, friendly, nice town.

Nice accommodation in a quiet location. A short distance from the train station and a journey to the center of Berlin in just 15 minutes. The little room to sleep in is fine. Shared kitchen also nice and clean. We were very satisfied with the accommodation.

A family room was booked for us - max 4 people, 24sqm, terrace - upon arrival we received a small room with 2 single beds, without a terrace! ...with the justification that there were only two of us. In response to our complaint, which I had to make to a very unfriendly gentleman over the phone because the on-site service staff didn't speak enough German, we were given another room on the 1st floor - max. 3 people. 17sqm balcony...smoke detector dismantled, faucet extremely stiff, half of the lighting in the bathroom broken, extremely loud creaking floorboards in the hallway, etc. The only positive thing was that it was clean and well located for us, due to the fact and the 120€/night, which we wouldn't have gotten back, we decided to stay. When we came home on our third and last night, the whole guesthouse including our room smelled strongly of food, which was cooked in the kitchen by the four technicians who actually lived in the "family room" we had booked Cooking is actually forbidden...one last tip from me - read the reviews from other guests...we definitely won't be booking here again.

After entering the room, there was a terrible smell! It was impossible to air it out even for 4 days. Noisy rooms, thin walls - you can hear from neighboring rooms. The radiators in the bathroom were completely turned off and it was very cold!

The room was absolutely OK, our dogs were allowed to be there too. There is no room service on weekends. Registration with payment and information was very nice and uncomplicated. Kitchen, dining room could/could have been used. Location was perfect for us.
