The hotel is on the first floor of a building, not well looked after, with old furniture, very small bathroom. Once the room is clean, to check in you need to make an appointment, otherwise there is no one there. Well connected by bus and tram, quiet area with many places to eat.

I wanted information over the phone about availability and prices and was treated incredibly rudely and was hung up in the middle of my sentence without saying goodbye, while I was just saying thank you despite the rude information. Too bad.

Small, outdated hotel (former tenement house?). Rooms simple but clean and functional (TV, fridge, free water, numerous sockets, no air conditioning, but fan), very noisy when the window is open (street, construction site). Very friendly welcome, suitcase was carried to the first floor. Bathroom/shower cubicle very narrow, but ok. Manageable but completely sufficient breakfast buffet. Good starting point (near Oranienburger Tor). Price-performance ratio, well, just Berlin.

Central location and good breakfast with good value for money (but starting at 8.15 only)BUT very old rooms with furniture that does not look very inviting, mold in the shower, a runny toilet that noisily refilled its cistern every 1-2 minutes, room light that could not be switched off completely making it uncomfortably light for good sleep an street noise from 7 in the morning through windows which didn‘t seem to provide any sound insulation.When I arrived the corridor to the emergency exit was partly blocked with old mattresses which were only removed with some middle-of-the-night noise after threatening to inform the fire department.

Strategic location near Alexander platz.Very clean hotel with buffet breakfast available.Fairly large rooms, clean or tidy.Very clean private bathroom.Peace of mind first.It is in a little frequented street so there is little noise.I am very happy with the choice made also for the very low cost of the room.Very good value for money

Simple hotel without much luxury, simple breakfast,Friendly treatment at reception.Location excellent, Berlin Mitte, from there you can get everywhere quickly, even on foot.So if you're not that demanding, you can stay there well.There are plenty of restaurants and they are very good.You're out and about a lot in Berlin and you don't want to spend the whole day in your room.There is no parking lot available that belongs to the hotel but we also took the train there.Kind regards.

Centrally located, our room (No. 7) with a window facing the inner courtyard was very quiet, the beds were very comfortable, the staff were very friendly!We didn't like it.....the light in the bathroom didn't work via the switch - a table lamp was added. This gave you the choice: light or hair dryer (there was only this one socket)!There were also only two free sockets in the room - one at the door and one at the desk!There was none at the bed!Cracked floor tiles in the bathroom and the cover under the sink was not attached!The shower door wouldn't close properly!The window to the courtyard was extremely dirty!Too bad!

We don't feel too comfortable in this hotel. Old furniture, extreme musty smell in the hallway and in the room. Tiles in bathroom with cracks. Cover under the sink not installed. No soap available, soap dispenser mixed with water. Stains on the armchair, old and musty carpet in the room. The price is completely overpriced for the room. Next time we'll pay €20 more and sleep in a better hotel.

Before checkout at 11 a.m. someone tried to come into the room several times and pushed down the door handle.The next day at 10-8 p.m. again before check-in the girl from reception knocks and says breakfast, even though we made a reservation without breakfast and expressly said no breakfast. Nobody has permission to remind me, it's a hotel, not a youth hostel with school classes.Totally inappropriate for couples and unprofessional. Not recommendable!

Inexpensive and centrally located for sightseeing tours in Berlin. The name hotel is misleading, it is more of an outdated apartment building with rooms on the first floor. Breakfast only costs 6 euros, but there was lukewarm coffee and charred rolls. We didn't expect much and were still disappointed.
