Too expensive for what it offers. Noisy, unfriendly staff when you have to call. But for one night it won't kill us. Never again.

Very Bad Service! Unfriendly staff and poorly organized. If you definitely need a place to sleep, it's best to go to any other hotel in Berlin.

I figured the price is basically because of the location. All in all this room should have costed a third of the price. The bathroom especially looks like something straight out of the 60s. The hallway is also creepy and has a wierd smell

The location is close to the center and the main station. The room is large and clean. The hallway smells slightly unpleasant. Basically a very solid hotel.

When I arrived I was badly surprised. At first there was an interesting smell in the hotel (on the ground floor). You couldn't be impressed with the room either. It looked chaotic. Like in the photos. Then I had to wait for the cleaning lady to clean up. And that is that I arrived in the evening. Until then you had time to tidy up the room.In general the room was dirty and dusty. For the price...On the Booking website it said:Breakfast from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. But there is none in the hotel. When asked to update the information, the answer was "Why?"The only advantage of the hotel is that it is fairly central. Next time I'll look for another hotel.

All in all good. Can't quite understand the bad reviews. There were still small negative points, the WiFi barely worked and the doors were very loud. But otherwise it was clean and I found the key box very practical 😊

Since Agoda doesn't seem to want to allow my review, I'll post here...The room was big enough, but everything was old, slightly dirty and the bathroom smelled of mold and didn't even have a proper water connection. The sink is much too small, so you couldn't even wash your face properly. The bed itself was OK, a second pillow (or a thicker one) would have been nice. What was absolutely terrible was the volume. The rooms are extremely noisy, you can not only hear the neighbors talking, but also snoring. In addition, the noise comes from outside in the courtyard and from the hallway, where screaming children regularly ran along during my stay. I didn't see any breakfast the next day, but I was just happy to leave the hotel. All this for €120 is an absolute joke.

At first we thought everything would be fine for one night, but unfortunately we were massively deceived. Even the stairwell is not very inviting, especially the nasty smell. The worst thing, however, is that we were completely bitten/bitten in the morning. After asking the pharmacy, we have to assume that these are bed bug bites. The whole thing would also fit the appearance. The reception was no longer occupied at 11 a.m.

We were not told beforehand that the building in which our hotel room was was used by guest workers and asylum seekers. The hotel room was in a dilapidated condition, smoke detector was missing, sink broken, 1 towel for 2 people etc. . It was very loud in the building, extremely dark and everything smelled really bad. The building looked demolished inside and out. It's not all that bad, but you can't offer hotel rooms here. We left after a forced night. Such “hotels” are forbidden.

The hotel is spartan. The rooms are simple but are sufficient for overnight stays. Unfortunately the shower is not satisfactory, there is not enough water pressure and it is very loud.Keys are available via code from a key box.Unfortunately, as I have often read here, it is true that the employee on the phone was really very unfriendly. The hallway also smells really unpleasant and everything is very noisy. Conclusion: if you don't attach much importance to equipment and don't have a problem with a little noise, it's ok.
