Polish guest workers bawling into the night, bags of cement in the hallways, no staff, no or hardly any warm water. Simply underground. Definitely chic 20 years ago. Really embarrassing today.

Hotel is fine. You can get to Berlin or Potsdam quickly, there is a sauna in the basement and the check-in via machine worked well.

Back here for work after years... It used to be great! Not recognizable today. Premium single room garden view was booked. Received...double bed street side! No staff in the house... The restaurant that used to be so good is no longer open! No service at all... Absolutely no longer recommended. Except for guest workers who cook on the balconies... Unfortunately, it's no longer acceptable for the price. A pity....

Extremely bad WiFi in what felt like all rooms. Room but ok.Update from 6/12/24The WiFi has gotten better. The room is ok and reasonably clean. It's enough to sleep. What really disappointed me was the poor breakfast. Very bland and little choice. That was even better a few years ago. Picking up the keys at the machine worked great. You can only dream of quiet nights despite the rural location. The mechanics who spend the night there are quite loud.

We were satisfied and would come back!The room was clean and checking in at the machine was also very easy. The breakfast was tasty and sufficient. It's great for one night and then visiting Berlin or Potsdam by car the next day.

Despite reservations and prior requests, we couldn't get into the room.The key distribution machine does not work.It has to be said that we only arrived at midnight. That's why we called the reception beforehand...The existing night bell doesn't work... you could leave a message on a cell phone but with no response or callback.We then registered again at the machine for a fee in order to get a room for the night.It was now 1am.Unfortunately I can't give any (-) points for the SERVICE.!!!But it's underground!!!A pity,Actually, otherwise an average hotel.

The boss has his own herd of cattle (Galloway) that are outside all year round and can still experience light, sun, rain and a herd. The restaurant offers a number of dishes that contain this special organic meat but also vegetarian ones. So far everything I've tried has been delicious.There are enough parking spaces in front of the house and the toilets are clean. There is only one star deducted because the atmosphere is so “dated” and not super comfortable. Otherwise full recommendation.Dogs are welcome. The hotel/restaurant has a large terrace with a view of the countryside and is located near Ludwigsfelde.

Check in at the machine worked perfectly. The room was clean and tidied up daily, but there was still a smell in the air. The furnishings are getting old, I found the mattress soft, the bed was very narrow for my body size, the sleeping pillow was probably only filled with air. Breakfast was OK. The balcony hasn't been cleaned for days (the fag seems old). Between 10:30 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. there is silence, before and after there are many discussions in the parking lot or on the balconies.

The website says reception is open until 9pm. Arrived in the afternoon and stood in front of a locked door. The check-in machine works quite well so far. However, no paper was inserted and therefore no receipt is possible.There is a sign on the entrance door stating that a “part” is missing and therefore no warm water is available.Can I live with anything, but over €80 for a dusty (I enjoyed the whole evening) and outdated hotel room?Cold water and no cancellation option or at least a €20 discount on the costs?The next morning the all-clear was given. Water was pleasantly warm, although low pressure.Before we went to breakfast, we put the first things in the car. No reaction from the lady at reception. Kindness looks different.Breakfast sparse, but fresh products. I was really positively surprised.Parking in front of the hotel is free of charge.When checking out, a different lady, but not really any friendlier. I'm still waiting for a reaction to my goodbye.All in all, not so bad if it cost €50. €80 is not at all reasonable.

Beware of scammers and dirt!Normally 0 stars would have to be given at this point.Starting with the boss, who doesn't stick to agreements and conditions and tries to "cheat" interested parties/guests behind the scenes, it continues with dirty rooms (leftover food, dirt + dust in the room, cigarette butts on the balcony) and a musty smell throughout the hotel.This "stay" and the way it treats its guests is not recommended to anyone.
