A very good hotel, we booked 3 rooms and everything was very good. They have private parking, the host was super kind.

As many others have mentioned, I woke up to an email stating my booking has been cancelled despite it being confirmed over 2 months ago. We are travelling from Australia already in Europe and this has caused so much stress for 2 girls travelling alone. Very poor customer service

I do not advise you at any time to book anything with them because they are not trustworthy at all. 10 days before the congress, they canceled the 3 hotel rooms that I had reserved months ago through an automatic email and without giving me an explanation. After calling them for a whole day and getting dizzy and giving me cheap excuses that booking always gives them problems, we reached an agreement that I would book the rooms again directly through their private page. After booking through their website I did not receive any confirmation email and I called again and they told me that the email would take a maximum of one hour, BUT AT ALL TIMES THEY TOLD ME THAT THE ROOMS WERE RESERVED FOR ME AND THAT I WAS NOT GOING TO STAY WITHOUT THEM. A whole day of waiting for an email that did not arrive, I had to call the next day again and the manager's response was: naturally, you have not received the email. For that date we do not have rooms available!They weren't even able to call me to tell me. They are unpresentable!

First impression is good, but a closer look shows that everything is cheaply equipped. There is no warm water or light on the bathroom mirror. The way we handled our complaint about the cold shower was more than questionable. No recommendation!

Visually appealing but technically cannot confirm the first impression. The light on the bathroom mirror was broken and at 9 a.m. on Sunday morning there was no hot water to shower!!! If you complain later, the technology is simply explained to you at length and that no one has ever complained about it.So hopefully I'll make it a little easier for all the other cold showers in the pension by writing it here.

The guesthouse is very nice, the rooms are spacious and well furnished. It's nice that everything is fenced in and not accessible to everyone. I would book there at any time.

Save yourself the hassle!!!!Booking for a visit to Berlin due to a wedding (May 28th, 2022) was made in February 2022. Costs €132Today (4 days before arrival!!!!) I only found out via a Paypal refund that the room had been canceled.Call the guesthouse: we no longer work with booking. Unlucky. I can't say whether anything is free. As an operator, I can also cancel up to 48 hours in advance. Just make a request via the website. Original sound: Booking is stupid anyway, only foreigners work there!!!Request made 5 minutes later (exclusively due to a lack of alternatives on the long weekend). By the way, now 160€!!!No response until 6:30 p.m.Another call. Unlucky. Everything is full!!!After being asked about the bad situation and the fact that it was incredibly dubious to cancel at such short notice in order to obviously “get rid of” the cheap price, my wife was threatened with a report!!!We were informed via Booking.com that the guesthouse was no longer available due to going out of business and that the guesthouse had therefore canceled it. All very dubious and highly questionable business practice. Either you enter into contracts in advance and fulfill them or you should not.I can only advise against this guesthouse!!!Planning security looks different!!!
