Ordered 2 rooms, in the first room the TV was broken, in the second room the shower was broken so the water was splashing everywhere, it wasn't replaced, it was just insulated, they weren't given towels, toiletries, there weren't even any mats, and then the pillows were as thin as tissue, they weren't suitable, they were also smelly and musty. , the other socket was broken, fortunately it wasn't electrocuted -_-

Quality exceeds price, in room number 11 the shower was broken, I asked for a replacement but said it would be replaced tomorrow, even though I checked out the next day hahaha

terrible location, staff are rude and unhelpful, room was infested with ants all over the bed coming out of the floor, staff were moody and rude when i asked for a refund to leave absolutely do not stay here

Cozy accommodation without breakfast. Close to Tanah Lot. Cold AC, ready hot water, clean room. Suitable for families or couples. What makes the kids happy is because the swimming pool is maintained... Joss... Really recommended for family friendly budget accommodation. The reservation is connected to the online application at no additional cost.

The hotel is cheap but old. all the curtains are dirty and moldy, as are the bed sheets. One night I woke up because a rat was running all over me. I asked the staff to refund the money for that night, they refused and said that it was normal.if you want to save money be prepared for rats in the room and in the toilet

A dirty place, with bugs in the room, they don't clean the room, the bathroom looks like Saw's.I do not recommend it at all, on top of that in the 3 days we have been there they have not given us paper for the toilet, horrible xd

The worst room I have ever been in. Dirty, and with a very bad smell. The bathroom without comments, it was scary to go in and you wanted to vomit because of how disgusting it is.

The price is cheap but the accommodation is okay, the rooms are just standard but the layout is good, the swimming pool is well maintained, the location is also okay.

Came here due to many good reviews and was really disappointed. Location is next to very noisy road.They only accept cash not even transfer so had to go to atm. No soap, no water for drinking, no toilet paper and even for a towel I had to ask. Showerhead mount was gone. Wouldn't come again
