nice welcome from reception.room ok. but not too clean!There were still 3 capsules in the coffee machine - they hadn't been emptied and the kitchen cover was full of welts.However, the mattress was very comfortable and the location in the backyard made it very quiet!

Check-in is too difficult.A code was supposed to be sent to my email, but since it wasn't sent, I couldn't check in.I happened to be helped by the people around me, but I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

Clean, comfy beds polite staff, well equipped apartment. ideal location, supermarket across road, with many food outlets around. Easy access to trams and S-barn 10 mins away (walking). Rudi cafe attached is a great place for coffee, breakfast and lunch.

We were lucky enough to get an apartment with a kitchen.The rooms are all very new and modernly furnished. Everything very clean and well-kept. Everything important was available in the kitchen, even a dishwasher! The balcony was also nice to get some air. Unfortunately the air conditioning was missing. The fan and the open window could take it out a bit.Given the location, you can't complain at all. Opposite there is an Edeka and next door there is a DM. In front of the front door there is a tram stop and a little further on there is an S-Bahn station (Adlershof).There was a coffee shop downstairs in the foyer that offered delicious food and breakfast.The price wasn't cheap but it was reasonable.

I don't recommend it. Small rooms, poorly organised. Without wardrobe. No air conditioning. Infernal heat. Poor cleaning and no service.

Arrived for the Peter Fox concert. The staff immediately provided us with arrival details. Wuhlheide Park Stage. Room great. Breakfast very good. Almost too big portions. Thanks. Gladly again and again.

The rooms are very clean and comfortable.Have good lighting, nice balcony and even kitchen.There is a laundry room, but you need to download a separate app to do laundry. This takes a bit of time, but it is doable.Unfortunately, on the television there is a voice that explains every movement with the remote control, which is very annoying. People avoid using the television just because it's super annoying.The employees are very polite and nice and the hotel is in a place where you can find many options for eating, pharmacies, and the tram and S-Bahn are easily accessible. So I think a stay there over the weekend is very good and comfortable as long as you don't have to turn on the TV haha

We would love to come back here!The apartment, rented for just 2 days, had everything you could need. A proper sink, stove, microwave and even a dishwasher were available. You didn't have to bring anything with you: dishwasher tabs were available as well as fresh towels. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Everything was explained clearly (if you had any questions). Check-in and check-out were quick and problem-free. A supermarket for shopping is right across the street. The triple glazing of the windows made the room as quiet as a mouse. The room is spacious and everything is arranged very practically. There was even a socket with an integrated USB socket for charging smartphones. The WLAN often had dropouts (I assume that the sharing of the WLAN radio channel is not configured correctly). The only drawback: the temperature setting of the shower was not possible permanently. However, this does not seem to be due to the mixer tap, but rather to the central hot water supply (which is probably undersized or does not have a circulation circuit. This should be improved as soon as possible.It is about a 20m walk to Köpenik Castle. About 10 minutes to Adlershof S-Bahn station. So everything is within easy reach. We found a parking space for the car in the immediate vicinity on a side street (and we even had a direct view of the car from the balcony of the room).All in all, we were very satisfied and can only recommend the Nena apartments in Adlershof to everyone.

There are no staff in this hotel. They have an out of office number stuck to their door but when you call them they do not come. We had to call the police to come to this hotel to shut down parties in the hotel rooms at 3am. Hotel is refusing to give a proper refund.

The Nena in Adlershof is a good solution if you want to stay cheap and clean in Berlin. It doesn't invite you to stay longer, that's not what it's there for.You enter the hotel using a code on a machine that spits out an access card. To check out, you throw them into a mailbox. Very efficient. There will also be a reception until 6 p.m. No idea where it's supposed to be.A bit annoying are the doors (all of them!), which, in accordance with German fire regulations, slam shut so that guests in the next 5 rooms fall out of bed. Does that really have to be the case?There is a supermarket opposite where you can also have breakfast before 8:00.

Biggest scam!!!!!You can book the option for an additional charge with free cancellation until 2 p.m. on the day of arrival. I want to cancel the booking the day before and the system tells me the booking cannot be canceled. In addition, you need a booking number to change/cancel the booking. However, this booking number is not even sent to you.I can't understand how such hypocritical companies are even able to do something like this these days! Never book a room in this hotel

The apartment was quite small, but for this price it definitely worth it. It has everything you need for the leaving. But there were some disadvantages:1. Our windows overlook on the roadway, so you can’t sleep with open windows at night because it’s too loud outside. And also there is no air conditioning system, so we a little bit struggled at hot days at nights2. The Internet connection was not stable. I had to work remotely and had a lot of online meeting, so for me it was essential to have a good Internet. But sometimes I had to finish my meetings earlier because it’s impossible to continue to work at all.Unfortunately because of the second problem we decided to find another place to stay and moved out 2 weeks before the end of the rent. We also tried to reach a support with this issue and our intention to go away 2 days before we went, but didn’t receive any response.After all we also tried to return some money, because of our early check out (which was because of the problem we met, but not because of our wish). But unfortunately they refused to return us anything.This situation and such attitude to clients makes me to reduce service rating

The room was okay, but there were problems with the hot water. It had to be left running for an unusually long time until it warmed up. While showering, it was not possible to turn off the tap, soap yourself up and then open the tap again without getting an "ice shower". I only know something like that from old houses with old plumbing, but this hotel is new.There was no service, no one was there.The street is very noisy because the tram runs this way. But when the windows are closed it is significantly quieter, but you also receive the vibrations from the 🚋 and the trucks 🚚I won't book there again
