HORRIBLEThe worse accommodation in Bali.1. The toilet was NOT properly fixed to the floor, POOR construction quality. I almost have an accident during the midnight, as the toilet was so unstable. The bare minimum requirement for an accommodation should be to have the bathroom fixtures properly installed and functioning.2. The sink didn't drain water - the management claims that to be able to drain water, you have to click on the center of the drain. It is ridiculous to need to click so water goes thru the sink. Refer to photo. If that is the case, their staff should be careful and leave a functioning sink for guests.3. Bathroom has no air extractor, neither window - it gets smelly, humidity. I only stayed one night so I could not imagine how it will smell after a longer stay.4. Last but not least, DIRTY bedsheets5. Construction next door from 8am to 5/6pmThe staff wasn't even responsive to provide a compensation for their catastrophic service, even if they recognized they have closed the room to repair.Honestly an accommodation that tells you the room won't be available for a next guest - SHOULD BE REFUNDING THE FULL AMOUNT FOR HAVING PROVIDED AN UNUSABLE ACCOMMODATION.Mistakes happen, maintenance can be required - but the icing on the cake, is having a horrible and poorly attention to the client.It is not worthy of your presence nor money. For this price, there are way much better options in the area.RESPONSE TO PONDOK YOGI:As I mentioned to you, I checked in at 7 p.m. and simply dropped off my luggage. Normally, I don’t inspect the WC fixtures or check the cleanliness of the bedsheets, as I expect these to be the bare minimum standards for accommodation. I arrived at 10:30 p.m., and there was no one at the front desk to ask about changing the bedsheets or addressing any issues with the room. At midnight, when I discovered the problem with the toilet, it was clear that asking for a room change was not feasible without a receptionist on duty. I used the toilet with the same caution I would use in a public restroom, as I was fearing it might fall on the floor.I only booked ONE NIGHT. The next morning, I reported these issues to you, and you acknowledged that the room will be closed for repairs. Given this acknowledgment, you should have offered some form of compensation for not meeting the basic accommodation standards. This situation reflects poorly on your service, which is why I recommend to others to find a better place to stay.The construction issue is an additional comment that might be useful for others when reading this review.

The rooms are very clean and well maintained, highly recommended, the yogi hut is amazing

Great place! The manager and staff were the very nice and helpful. The room is super clean and the bed is very comfortable. I stayed 2 months!

Clean and comfortable accommodation in the Canggu area

We stayed in this guest house for one night and we had a good impression. The structure is nice and looks freshly renovated. We could also see that they work hard to keep the structure in a good and comfortable shape. There is only one thing that should be definitely fixed to get the best of this place , which is the smell coming out of the bathroom. There was a very sewer pungent smell in the room and if this could be solved this place is great. (Please do something about it and don't let this problem destroy your business)

Very nice hotel, if you want to sleep and relax in complete tranquility go here. Excellent location, there are bars, clubs and supermarkets nearby. The only flaw was the smell of sewage coming from the bathroom which we immediately pointed out to the staff who armed themselves with perfume and bathroom spray, solving nothing because after 10 minutes the situation was the same as before. I would advise the owners to resolve this matter as soon as possible.

My stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I felt very welcomed and well taken care of. The room was spotless and well-furnished with all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.I had a fantastic stay and highly recommend this guesthouse. Thank you for the great hospitality!🤗
