A relatively small hotel that is getting a bit old. I think I can even say that it is Best Western's smallest hotel. And just as it appears on the outside, it continues on the inside. The ceiling of the hallways has water stains. In general, it doesn't look the best. The rooms are ok, but something should be done for the price asked. However, it tends to be equipped with everything you need. The staff is friendly, but some don't seem particularly motivated. The best example was at breakfast, where no tables were cleared for a long time and other guests initially considered whether they would sit there anyway. In my opinion, the breakfast is also overpriced at just under €14. The selection should be revised and the presentation should also be changed. Especially since there were identifications where the product was missing. The presentation materials should also be in order and not defective.

Very, pleasant stay. Had a double burger in the evening. Burger great, fries lukewarm, very, very unfortunate. Room, very nice. Breakfast has something for everyone, a good start to the day. Colleagues facing the street had problems with traffic noise. It was around 20 degrees that night. Closed windows, impossible.

I have stayed at this hotel twice, and each visit has been exceptional. The check-in process and reception staff are efficient and welcoming. The rooms are both clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. Although I haven't utilized the laundry service, it is available for guests. The breakfast options are diverse and satisfying. Additionally, the surrounding area is safe and pleasant, making it ideal for morning walks. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and amenities.The only complaint is the large tub/shower design. The glass door didn't seal well and i needed to clean up after.

We stayed here for 3 weeks and consistently received friendly and good service from the house staff, breakfast team and reception. We were given the opportunity to shelter our bicycles and the dog was also welcome. Really great.

Staff not very motivated, not a particularly friendly reception. Unfortunately there was no coffee in the afternoon...we got it at the very friendly Shell gas station opposite. THANKS FOR THAT..I was no longer offered the Radler either...despite ordering it. Unfortunately no service...

We spent one night here and felt very comfortable.The rooms are very nicely decorated and clean. There was a small fridge, fan and safe.A free bottle of water was also included.The staff at reception and at breakfast were friendly and helpful.We had breakfast in a nice room, there was a good and varied selection of food and drinks.

If neither hot water for showers nor the heating works (cold day a few weeks ago), you cannot charge the full amount and completely ignore these major deficiencies. It doesn't work that way! 2 requests regarding this have been ignored so far, read receipts are available!Very noisy because of the main road. But the hotel can't do anything about it.

Been in the hotel for 3 days now. Service really poor! Colleagues had booked and upon arrival were told there were no rooms available despite the reservation confirmation. It takes an hour for the food to arrive. Sometimes you get the feeling that the staff are incompetent, except for the trainee who made a very competent impression - a TRAINEE! So next time I'll look for another place to stay.

The hotel is located on the edge of Bad Nauheim. It takes about 20 to 30 minutes to walk to the city center.The breakfast was sufficient and fresh.The rooms were modernly furnished. There was both a kettle and a Tassimo machine.The staff is friendly and accommodating.Parking costs €5 per day, which I think is ok.

Room is fine and the staff is very friendly. Unfortunately the room does not have air conditioning and our window could only be tilted as we had a dormer window and the opening through the curtain and paneling could not be opened. There is also no insect screen. That's why we had to close the window at night because of the snails. I also hit my head on the slant. Were there from Friday to Sunday and the restaurant was closed on both evenings, as was even the bar on Saturday evening. On Friday there was a group of around 10-12 people at the bar and there was no space left. The snacks offered (menu in the room) were also not available since the restaurant was closed. 5€ parking fee per day on top of that is already quite steep. If we had known all this, we would have been better off in a hostel. In any case it's not worth 4 stars for us.

The hotel is very nice and clean. Breakfast was great, everything you needed and wanted was there. The staff very nice and friendly. However, I find it outrageous that as a guest you have to pay 5 euros in parking fees, but that should be included in the price of the overnight stay.
