I stayed in this hotel mid-October, 2024. It was a very nice experience - absolutely no problems at all. First, it is not "luxury" or a "hipster hotel", nor is it a "branded" hotel chain like Motel One or Merkur. This is a modest family-run business in a 4-storey building with about 25 rooms, the rooms feel a bit like student dormitories or mini- apartment rooms, but cosy and with some decorations. Yes, there was some dust in the corners.. the lamps were not brand new... but the large bed and simple bathroom were both PERFECTLY clean, everything functioned well. No problems.Plus, the older man at the reception was truly warm and friendly, and he showed me where to have free tea and small snacks, next to the reception area. The REWE Supermarket nearby (about 3 mins walk) is open until 22h (10pm)! There are simple restaurants nearby too.It's a residential area, so I could sleep quietly - no loud trains or bars nearly. You can take the Tram 11 or 21 to Hauptbahnhof within about 12 minutes, it's super easy. For about €94, this was by far the safest and least expensive option which I could find on Booking.com. I would definitely stay here again. Danke!

Hotel Franken IS the BEST !!!!! ++++Great option in Frankfurt to stay for a fair price , rooms are always clean, and you even get coffee, tea and brot for free every morning, they even have a shared kitchen if you need to prepare salads or food !!!! The people in the reception are super friendly and willing to help you on anything you need to know about Frankfurt am Main.Specially my friend at nights he is one of a kind.The hotel is in the Galluswarte área wich is conected to the U-bahn and S-bahn and is only 10 minutes away from the Hauptbanhoff with the tram. ( Using number 11/14/21With a 25 minutes walk you Will be in the Skyline mall, wich is very good with nice store for shopping and lots of restaurants.Around the hotel you have a lot of restaurants with very good good :Italian ( Buena Vita) prices from 10€- to 20€ for lunch. ( Recomended)Restaurants like Donner and Kebab are also a good option in the near área.Everyone Who comes to Frankfurt should stay here !!!

Look, this is a nice little hotel in a great location and friendly staff, but the cleanliness is so bad! There were stains on the table, in the wardrobe, on the wall, on the toilet; huge amount of dust on the lamps and in the sockets that no one cleaned for months; dead flies on the ceiling. I'm uploading pictures of all that. Then, why are there 3 sockets for a smoke detector if none is installed? And then the smell of weed and cigarettes in a non-smoking hotel. If the cleanliness of this place was improved, it'd be a 5/5 rating, but now I cannot give more than 3/5.

Worest Hotel experience in my life, I swear to God not one, but twice I had complete stranger walking up to my room and knocking on my room when I took him to the reception they receptionist brazenly said oh he is not from this hotel I had the hair on the back my head up. I said how on earth you allow that to happen he was like we cannot control that I quote "having security is very costly and you should be the one to looking after your safety". Moreover,I can assure you you are not safe staying in a place like that. My humble advice to stay away if you happen to go against my advice tell one of your relatives your floor and room number in case some happen to you.

Breakfast is free coffee, tea and croissant but rooms are so clean and have nice bed and desk for your work. Middle of the city and walking distance to train.owner Mr. Hüseyin and Manager Emre were great to help you out. Definitely try...

For spontaneous trips you need hotels with a great price/performance ratio. That is given here.Small but sufficient Turkish-inspired room which was clean. The shower had no curtain (shower automatically floods). Please invest the €30 here. The bed was appropriate for the price but I wouldn't describe it as "comfortable". Unfortunately there is no elevator.The staff was nice and the location was great.I would come again.

What a delightful little hotel.The outside is rather bland and intimidating, but the rooms are exceptional.A desk in "Grandma's country house style", painted blue and turquoise, takes up the most space.The room has everything you need for a stay, kettle, iron, ironing board.Super clean, four different pillows!I will stay here again the next time I visit Frankfurt.
