Very good hotel with an exciting concept. Everything is very modern and clean. In terms of design, the accommodation is very much to my taste. There is also a desk for working in the room and a shared kitchen in the basement.Unfortunately, the self check-in machine didn't work once during my visits, which is why I have to deduct a star here.The staff we called arrived promptly and was very friendly.

The check inn was quick and problem-free. A great thing.The room was clean and well maintained, except for the dust mice and the dust under the bed.Disliked · The kitchen is too small for cooking. there wasn't enough cutlery on site. We had to help ourselves with plastic cutlery from the delivery service.The bed is comfortable, but at 1.40 wide it is no longer up to today's standard. It's impossible to sleep well here with two people.There are six parking spaces behind the house. If you come here late in the evening, they are all full. Then finding a parking space nearby is almost hopeless.Opposite is a school with a playground. Sleeping with the window open is hardly possible, especially in the morning, with the noise of the "parents' taxis" and the noise of children. The constant slamming of the doors in the stairwell could also be heard very loudly. The stairwell light also shines through the gap in the floor of the room door and illuminates the room area at night.

I was in the region for 3 nights for further training. Check-in and checkout went smoothly. The room was absolutely fine in terms of furnishings and style. However, the whole house is very noisy, so you could hear guests coming and going at night and early in the morning. There is also a communal kitchen in the basement, where there was loud noise and smoking until late at night. Some of the smoke reached my room on the first floor. I was far from having a restful night here. I would not book another stay at Luxstay and unfortunately I cannot recommend it.

On January 27th to 28th, after a birthday in Giessen, we had to look for a place to stay for the night on the way back to Friedberg due to the GDL strike and the minus temperatures.In a restaurant in Friedberg where we asked about overnight accommodation, we were given the number of Luxtay.When we called there, we were quickly given a room that we could move into an hour later. However, when we checked in, we had to enter our details completely impersonally at a machine using a bank card to debit the room for one night (105.00 euros). After the process, this machine spat out the room number and the key card.Well, the room was very clean, even if we overpaid 105 euros and the whole thing without breakfast, but in the end we were happy that we didn't have to spend the night at the train station in sub-zero temperatures.That's why there are only three stars for the overall ratingI rate the room five stars based on the cleanliness, furnishings and Ruhr.Due to the fact that the service only took place on the telephone and at the machine, unfortunately only one star.Three stars for the quiet location and proximity to the train station.

Management is very co operative in understanding the customer requirements and plan changes. They are flexible and understand the last min booking cancellation and waived off the cancellation fee at last moment. I am very much obliged with this gesture and sure next time book and stay in same stay when my next plan confirmed. Wonderful Team!!!

The cleanliness should be emphasized, but that's about it in terms of positive aspects.The room was bitterly cold upon arrival, there was only a thermostat for the heating in the bathroom. Far too expensive for the ambience offered.

The room was clean, equipped as standard. Bed comfortable, unfortunately the pillows are not. Although it wasn't very warm outside, it was in the room. Proper ventilation was not possible because the bed was in the way of the window.The house is located 3 minutes from the center in a fairly narrow street. There are 12 bell buttons at the entrance, but only 6 parking spaces behind the house. This means that anyone who arrives late will do endless laps looking for a parking space. The small street is used by many passers-by until late at night, many of whom have never heard of night rest. So if you have a window facing the street and would like some fresh air in your room, you have to decide; Air, or rest.The invoice should automatically arrive by email on the day of departure. I got mine later that day (but only after I checked).

Top hotel with all amenities. Small kitchenette including fridge in the room with everything you need. A large kitchen on the ground floor with a large dining table, oven, stove, dishwasher, etc. Everything is clean and well maintained. The location is quiet. Fan on the ceiling. Friendly staff available via telephone. Comfortable bed. Ideal for getting a restful sleep. Sights and a chic little town to stroll in the evening. Highly Recommended!

We were there at the time of the Elvis Festival. It was very clean, we were able to move into the apartment 3 hours earlier. There are enough free parking spaces behind the house, so we were able to enjoy the weekend stress-free using public transport. I've been there very often. As a frequent traveler, staying in the Luxstay Friedberg and Bad Nauheim hotels is always very good for me. I enjoy the fact that it's not a classic hotel, but rather conveys more of a residential feeling. If you're like me and spend more than 100 days a year on the road, at some point you'll no longer want to see hotel lobbies and hotel bars/restaurants. In the house in Friedberg there is a large kitchen in the basement, where even demanding chefs can let off steam. Or you can simply make yourself a snack. Everything is there. Maybe that's a special point of view, but I've known one or two regular guests there over the years. And they all probably like the difference to classic hotels. The service is also great as you can reach someone 24*7 and I have never been left hanging. It doesn't matter whether there was a problem with the room/house or whether I messed something up myself. The owners of the Luxstays are themselves involved in the operations and you can tell from the process, equipment, etc. that it is a project close to their hearts. If something doesn't work, I think it's due to the general shortage of staff. It's the same elsewhere. The fact that there is no air conditioning is a real shame but understandable in times of climate crises. There are no really air-conditioned hotels in the entire Friedberg/Bad Nauheim area anyway. (I've slept in almost every one of them in over 10 years in this region!) I feel most comfortable in the Luxstay houses. In terms of the environment (restaurants, cafes, cinema, park, etc.), the Luxstay Bad Nauheim is a little ahead of the others in my personal ranking. You can do laundry in Friedberg and use the bikes free of charge. Cycling path on the USA river is recommended. -- Addendum: Before I forget! Parking is free in one of the 6 parking spaces, while supplies last. - Elsewhere around the corner you pay €14! the night and runs forever.

Quiet location. You can get a room card at the machine after paying with a card. Nicely furnished room with a small kitchen and coffee machine. Beds in the double room only 140x200cm and full mattress. Bicycle storage possible in the basement. Only 5 minutes walk to the center.

Very clean hotel room with WiFi, TV and basic amenities. There was also a kitchen sink, kettle and capsule machine for coffee. There is no typical reception, which makes checking in and out very quick and anonymous.
