Had to wait 12 minutes in front of the underground car park, only being able to point it out over the phone after another 5 minutes. The bell (pressed 3 times) didn't work.Then the TV in the room only had 6 channels, no ZDF - RTL and similar... Scanned 3 times, it remained at 6 programs... I won't book again (I've been a guest about 20 times).

Nice hotel in itself, we were there for a three-day seminar. Rooms are generally good, but the seal in the shower cubicle or the shower cubicle cannot be closed properly. I took a shower and the whole bathroom was full of water. The pillows are not to my taste, far too thin and flat when lying on them. Food was very good, desserts also very good, service was good, we would have liked to have been asked for drinks more often. The tables in the seminar rooms are MUCH too small for 2 people. Very narrow. The biggest annoying factor are the chairs... They are extremely hard and hurt excessively after sitting for an hour. If you have a seminar there from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., it's unbearable. Also the chairs and benches in the bar, unbearable, simply painful, they urgently need to be replaced. Everyone in the group felt the same way. The chairs and benches were really the biggest problem. And perhaps for future guests, design the shower cubicle so that no water runs out. I didn't want to shower because I didn't feel like working afterwards, that shouldn't really be the case. And oh yes, maybe do something about the greasy smell of the kitchen, as soon as you sit in the restaurant, it's almost inevitable that all your clothes smell incredibly of grease. In itself it stimulates the appetite and you know there's something hearty to eat, but changing clothes every day is the order of the day, maybe installing a ventilation system directly in the kitchen or something like that. Combined with the shower as explained above, it's bad because you can't even shower the smell out.All in all a solid hotel, with just a few but important things that could be improved.

We were guests here for four days as part of a conference. The welcome was very warm and friendly. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, the food was always very tasty and varied. The breakfast offered everything your heart could desire. All employees were always warm and attentive and also fulfilled one or two special requests. I also found the conversations that ensued to be very pleasant. A big thank you to the whole team for rounding off our already successful conference so wonderfully. Special thanks to our coffee fairy, who provided us with coffee early in the morning and already knew how to like his coffee on the second day. This is not a given! I can wholeheartedly recommend the Ysenburger Hof and would be happy to come back at any time.

I can't understand how you can "write" breakfast as bad... I've traveled half the world and can judge really bad quality... everything is ok here for me...However, a note - the duvet(s) are so heavy that it takes a lot of physical effort (perhaps only for a COPD patient 🤔❓) if you turn around - there is a much better option (and probably not more expensive)...The Wi-Fi supply to the smart TV also seems to be a problem... regardless of this, a message appears at some point... the device switches off in X minutes... not good...But overall a good impression... recommended at any time...

My room looked newly renovated. It was spotlessly clean, well designed, quiet and comfortable. The shower had good water pressure.||Staff were friendly, with easy check-in and out. Hotel is easy to get to by car and they have underground parking.

The hotel needs to be completely renovated, the owners definitely didn't use the Corona time to make their house nice for guests. Stained carpets in the hallway and room, musty bed linen, bad pillows, loveless breakfast with scrambled eggs from the Tetra Pack and all for €13. I was there and no, I don't give reviews that are less than I can handle.

Very nice staff, especially Angela from reception. She tries very hard to satisfy all of the guests' interests. The breakfast and service there is also very, very good. Since the hotel is currently being renovated, there are actually still small defects, but I would like to inform the hotel directly. Thank you for the stay!!

Very conveniently located. Friendly reception. Easy check-in. Spacious beautiful single room. Free underground parking. The only point of criticism: if "Do not disturb" is written on the door, you are not allowed to open the door even as staff, right? 😀Otherwise I felt completely comfortable. Clear recommendation!

A great conference hotel. I have rarely eaten so well, a warm buffet at lunch and dinner is something special! Taste and quality excellent for my taste.The rooms are of a good standard, there was no cooling facility in the room.Our conference room was a bit old, but sufficient. A good recommendation from me, but what's missing is a better conference room and a refrigerator in the room.

Rooms are nice and clean, dishes at breakfast are sometimes not clean, breakfast buffet is lower range, little selection, only goods from the large packages from Metro/Handelshof, baked rolls, only one cheese to choose from, tea and jam, some types are empty without replenishment, the mattresses are so bad too soft, but the windows facing the street are super insulated, there are far too few parking spaces near or in front of the hotel, but there is an underground car park, which is quite good once you've finally figured out how to get out and in. When checking in, it wasn't said that you need an extra card to unlock it to charge your electric car, but at least there is a charging option, the location is central, there are no alternatives in the surrounding area, so it's a monopoly and unfortunately that's why you get the feeling that that little effort is made
