The room itself is good, but the pillows and blanket are very uncomfortable. Glasses and dishes in the cupboard were not completely clean before moving in for a long stay (2 months). You also have to cook with the window open, which in my room with a terrace meant that there were always mosquitoes in the room. This wasn't the case with my colleagues without a balcony. I think it's because of the plant pots on the terrace.Unfortunately the heating doesn't work properly either.It always stinks in the stairwell.

The room was clean and the kitchenette was good, but I found it hard to get a good night sleep here. Five reasons:1. Light. There is no way to keep the light out (see photo). It really amazes me that there are no real curtains... only blinds that don't fully close.2. Noise. I realize all hotels here are 'next to' the airport, but I felt there was more noise here than in the other hotel I stayed in before. I think it has to do with it not being shielded by other buildings or else the glass thickness.3. Air conditioning. There is none, so you're stuck in the summer, when it's too loud to open the window.4. bed. It was acceptable but definitely not comfortable.5. Door locks. There was something that looked like a dead bolt knob, but I couldn't tell if it was really locking solidly. End result is that I felt I was sleeping under the watch of only a door keypad lock.I MIGHT stay here again in the fall / winter, but definitely not in warm, long summer days.

We arrived to an apartment with cold water in the shower, the fridge had ice buildup and there was a lot of dust under the bed. I sent an email and it took a week to be relocated to a different room. Again, a lot of dust under the bed.There was very poor cleaning every two weeks with no removal of dust under the bed. I got a very bad allergic reaction from this, and had to borrow a vacuum from the reception. The apartment is also not very well equipped.The rooms are warm and no AC available. We got a very cheap fan upon request and it did not do a really good job. Leaving the window open let the smoke in from outside.The reception also had poor service. There was no one at the reception during opening hours, and took a lot of time to resolve issues via e-mail. Additionally, they somehow claim now that our invoice was not paid. They are also slow at returning the deposit - it has been 4 weeks soon.

Poor service, not friendly reception. Room completely damaged, scratch on the walls, on request to make room clean and tidy, mentioning wall damages I was said that for them it's ok and I don't have to worry. Very hot during summer, no A/C at all. If opening the window during the night you can hear cars on highway, airplanes taking off and landing every 5 minutes.Cleaning is done every 2 weeks somehow, without dust removal under the bed. Parking is generally challenge, Ipartment Frankfurt will refuse you till the end, monthly parking card, with mention that you can use public car park that is 20 euro per night, literally spending 600 euro just for parking.Reception guys usually very rude, unfriendly and not customer oriented.

Fatal. We are traveling as a couple with a baby under two years old. I ordered a crib several times by mail. They didn't answer me but my reservation with a crib appeared. When we arrived the crib was broken or incorrectly placed and there was no way to correct it. It also didn't have a mattress. After calling several times, because there was no one at reception (it was 5:30 p.m.), the solution they gave us was to look in the two laundry rooms around the accommodation to see if we could find any extra cribs or mattresses. There wasn't. They told us to take a quilt from those rooms and use that as a mattress on the floor for the baby. We had to pull it out, as if we were stealing, from a closet with a lock but with the door half open. The bed was 135 cm so very small for three. The pillows are horrible too. To cook you have to open the windows because if not the fire alarm goes off and they indicate that in that case you will have to pay for the intervention. For all this, I do not recommend this hotel at all, especially if you are traveling with children or do not like to have setbacks. Parking cannot be paid by card, in a hotel next to the airport… incredible! The person who answered me on the phone about the crib told me to request a refund of the money, something they have not done yet.

Good: the rooms are large and it is close to the airport and the infrastructure around (Rewe, restaurants) is good.Not good: it's difficult to get into the building at first. The description is missing or inaccurate and there is no reception on site. The apartment's curtains are transparent. There is no way to darken the rooms. We ordered a cot. This was set up without a mattress or cover. There is no lobby or anything similar where you could possibly stay.In comparison with the other hotels, I find the price/performance ratio unreasonable and expensive, as there is no on-site service and no breakfast. I find the other offers near the airport more pleasant.

Very disappointing! Description misleading - not 3 minutes from the airport but an inconvenient bus ride with full luggage. An inquiry 2 days ago to ipartment about the best transfer from the airport was not answered! Room has little light, very sober and is cold - only 16 degrees! After 3 hours at 18 degrees! The SUPPORT telephone answers after 40 minutes in the queue and cannot help any further! Not recommended! Never again!

You may not think this is appropriate privacy for your guests. When I asked whether there were rooms with curtains that were not transparent, I was told that all rooms only had these transparent(!) curtains. I have never experienced anything like this in a single hotel or apartment anywhere in the world. This definitely needs to be remedied as quickly as possible!

On the 6th floor the hot water pressure was almost zero. Taking a shower was very uncomfortable. I was there 15 days and despite my request to fix the problem or to change room, I didn't get any help. Beside this problem, the parking is 20€ per 24h... but you reach 20€ after about 12h of stay. Very unfair. Additionally, the paying was only with cash... no credit card.

A very good stay.I stayed in the apartment at Frankfurt Airport for a total of four weeks.The service and customer support was excellent.The room was clean, tidy and had all the necessary facilities. Modern and beautiful furnishings to make you feel good. Kitchen: coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, two hotplates and cutlery. The house also has 4 washing machines and 2 dryers, which are modern and clean.The location is optimal. There is a Rewe, various restaurants and a great connection to the airport or the city center.I can only recommend the apartment.

No AC is untenable. Had to leave and get another hotel it was so hot. Only one window and no fan provided. Leaving window open let the noise and smoke in from nearby bars. I'm sure in the cooler seasons it's fine. Rooms furnished nicely.

Absolutely recommended!After we had difficulty getting in the first time because we didn't read the email with the access codes correctly - a typical case of it being your own fault, it worked immediately the second time a week later. When I called the phone number provided, someone answered immediately and wanted to help. So read the email carefully and stay calm! The rooms are stylish, clean and excellently furnished, the location to Terminal 2 is excellent, you can even walk comfortably with suitcases if you don't want to take a taxi. There are good restaurants and a supermarket in the immediate vicinity. The next time we fly from Frankfurt, we will definitely stay at the Ipartment Hotel again.

Unfortunately, we didn't receive a message with the door codes for checking in and it was quite a task to even find someone who felt responsible for it. Since no one at reception answered the bell and the hotline couldn't help, we had to wait outside for quite a while. It was only after three quarters of an hour that we were able to get into the room.This is quite spartan and there wasn't even a working air conditioning system, citing the fact that they wanted to save energy.Unfortunately, our drain in the bathroom also smelled very unpleasant and the noise when the window was open was quite annoying, but there was no other way to endure it in the musty, warm room.For us, the ipartment at the airport in Frankfurt is no longer an option for an overnight stay before a flight, even if the location is actually very good, as you can get to the airport in 5 to 10 minutes by taxi or train.
