Not exactly the best hotel choice for Frankfurt. Would say it's ok for one night if you want to be at the train station. The hotel and my room are a bit old. Carpet dirty, pillows yellowed and worn, bathroom smelled strongly of drains. The staff was friendly. I don't have to understand why the payment is made before arrival and then the invoice has to be changed again because the company address I had given was overlooked. I probably won't stay here again.

Went there for one night with a small group and everyone was super satisfied. Rooms are very spacious and clean. The location is very central at the train station but the windows are very well insulated and you don't see much of the outside.The staff is very friendly and helpful.You can park in the enclosed backyard for €15 per car per night.

We stayed at the hotel from September 19th to 20th, 2024. There was a major construction site right in front of the hotel. From midnight onwards, the asphalt and parts of the tram tracks were removed using a jackhammer. Even with the windows closed, the noise was deafening. We were not informed at check in. When I asked whether the room could be changed, I was told at night that it was fully booked, but the work would be finished in 2 hours. That wasn't the case, the noise continued all night. A single imposition!

The location of the hotel is great and the room for two is spacious.However, it is currently under construction as of September 20, 2024, and the sound of rocks breaking is no joke both during the day and at night as it operates 24 hours a day. Closing the window doesn't help. It doesn't matter if there's a thunderstorm while you're sleeping, but if you're sensitive, I think it's better not to stay around here during the construction period. I think I might not be able to sleep at all~^^

I was victim of a scam. To be specific, It was an extortion attempt. 3 hours after checking out, MR ALAN MELANIE called me stating that I damaged room door and demanded that I should pay 2000 euros for maintenance or He would call Police. Note that the apartament's door is spring-loaded type and does not require any human force to close It, therefore It was impossible to me cause any damage. Besides, no repair can cost that much. Of course I refused to pay anything and told him to call Police. I also told him that I would post the scam attempt in social media.Regarding room's general conditions: There was trash inside bathroom that was not removed. Also 2 lamps not working. Dark Room. Be careful and book your stay somewhere else. Hotel surroundings also full of drug addicts. Keep away of this place. You will find decent and honest accomodations 2 blocks away.Now about Mr Alan Melanie, If he really identify himself as his true name(maybe not), is somebody from hotel staff.

Room was okay, fire alarm went off twice during the night, causing the entire hotel to have a bad night. Hotel took no responsibility and blamed the company for setting the fire alarm. Didn't want to arrange anything and after insisting received an apology and parking costs back.

This is the worst hotel. After checking out, I realized that I had unintentionally and completely double-booked the room through booking.com. Even though the reservation was made by the same person, they did not inform me of the possibility of double booking, nor did they offer any refunds. I won't stay there again because they have a bad attitude and no good intentions. I also started to hate Frankfurt. I do not recommend it to friends or family. It's the worst.

The location is very convenient and the employees were nice. The breakfast fulfilled all my wishes. But I didn't sleep very well because something was buzzing. I couldn't find the cause, it was probably a ventilation. It was also loud when the ear was on the pillow because apparently the bed was vibrating.

Price-performance ratio 1a. Booked spontaneously to get a few hours of sleep before continuing our journey. Rooms facing the street are completely quiet. Air conditioning also worked. Modern facilities and clean. Nice employees.

Depends on what you want. If you're looking for a hotel centrally near the train station at a cheaper price, that's quite good.Booked hotel without breakfast.It's good that you can book a locked and monitored parking space. It was also nice that the reception is staffed 24/7.Hotel old and room carpet accordingly with visible stains, but generally well maintained and cleaned.
