Soulless place. It’s a physical representation of a business plan, nothing more. Had a single room. The bed was terrible, super super hard (not firm, but hard!!) mattress. The shower has no wall or curtain, so the entire bathroom gets wet.

A "Hotel", if you can call it that, without any service and when I say nobody it's really nobody; the bed is not made if you stay for more than one night, there is no reception, the breakfast you have to make do in short is non-existent.Cleanliness seems like an unknown thing, I think they wash the floor once a year.I'll post two photos: towel after having passed a cm² on the floor and the bed not made

Check-in is super easy. Rooms were clean except for 4 cockroaches🤢. There were also spider webs in certain corners🫤. But the self-check-in concept offers a modern experience.

the room is very beautiful with a very nice decoration everything is new, you can cook there are dishes with a superb fridge, unfortunately the water drains very poorly in the shower and leaves in the corridor, when you come in the floor is sticky with shoes 👟, otherwise the room was very clean! the bathroom is very clean too, there is only one sheet on the mattress, there is no mattress protector for hygiene, it's not great, the maid is totally hysterical and knock on all doors at 9:30 in the morning!!! She yells to everyone get up I have to clean the room and she bangs on the doors!!! She even came into our room by opening the door 😂😂😂😂😂 luckily we were sleeping quietly🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

The self-service hotel, where guests enter their rooms directly from outside using pre-sent access codes, offers a modern and flexible experience. Although there were occasional problems with codes not working or door locks broken, the hotline's quick and helpful service was impressively effective in solving such problems. Ideal for travelers who value independence, this hotel demonstrates exemplary customer service despite minor technical challenges.

We had booked 7 rooms for guests, overnight from Saturday to Sunday. Text of the booking confirmation: "Cleaning will not take place during the stay. Departure by 10:00 a.m." The cleaning staff knocked on each of our guests' doors from 8:45 a.m. - shouted "Clean Service" loudly and then came into the respective room - without asking or being asked to enter! We have never experienced anything like this! Incredible! After being rejected by our guests, they were told: “We are allowed to do that.”
