"Just beautifulWe were pleasantly surprised at how much space we had as a family. The guesthouse is not luxurious, but it is furnished with love and there are many amenities that we did not expect (fridge, cups, kettle, tea...).The breakfast is very tasty and has an excellent price-performance ratio. We'd love to come back.

This was our first time staying at the Hotel Hacienda for one night and we are very excited about it.The rooms are small but nice, but are completely sufficient.Beds are comfortable and we really liked the furnishings.We can't say anything negative about clairaudience as you can read in some reviews.Breakfast is a clear A in our rating.Everything fresh and delicious.We would definitely come back, even for more nights.

The 2nd time here. Everything was great again. The rooms are tastefully and comfortably furnished. Service great! Only, at breakfast the selection for “sweet eaters” is narrow. Nevertheless, we would always come back...

DO NOT be fooled by the good reviews. You can hear all the other rooms so good luck sleeping in peace. There is no reception so you won't be able to ask for anything. The breakfast is not "fabulous", just a regular German breakfast with little options. No mirror, minifridge, or coffee machine in regular rooms unlike what they advertise. I would have given them 1 star, but the place is clean and tidy, so they get a second star for that.

I wouldn't call this place a "hotel". To me, it is operated more on the format of an Airbnb, although I did not book it through Airbnb, but rather through Booking.com. It does have several rooms/suites and serves breakfast in the morning.We had a comfortable suite (#11) for the night. It was very clean and clearly great attention has been paid to maintenance of the physical space and to the details that a guest needs.The location is in a quiet, mostly residential, neighborhood. You could walk, but you could expect quite a trek to get to anything else you might want, such as a restaurant or other business. For a visitor, a vehicle would most likely be necessary.We awakened early because, to us, it appeared that there were only some translucent curtain covering the large windows, but after mentioning it to the owner in the morning, she took the time to show me how many places in Germany have blinds (almost like shutters) that are on the outside of the house, but pull down by a strap on the inside.Be warned that breakfast is until 9:30, and you need to get to the dining area to be able to be finished by 9:30AM. I did not see any indication beforehand (online nor in the room) that breakfast ended at 9:30. That doesn't mean it wasn't posted somewhere. It is posted on a sign on the interior that you only are let in briefly electronically the night before to grab the key. I didn't stay in there to read signs; I followed the instructions to take the key from the box. After the scolding about arriving late for breakfast, I lost my appetite to eat there and think I ate a little bread and cereal.This is mostly a self-service place. You arrive, press a button and wait briefly until someone not on-site answers and gives you instructions. This was fine with me. There was a tablet in the room that I presume had more information, but I couldn't get it to show me any more than my name as the guest.We paid a lowered price which I felt was reasonable. We were very happy to have a rather spacious suite after having spent some nights in excessively efficient/tiny rooms at other places on your journey.

Great service, very nice and spacious apartment, clean and tidy. A complete breakfast, something for everyone :) It's true that we stayed only one night on our way to Italy and it was really sad to leave. Great🫶

I had an overall lovely stay at the Hotel Hacienda. Small hotel with a family atmosphere. Beautiful, individually designed, small room including bathroom, everything was absolutely clean. Very tasty breakfast buffet with selected dishes. Reception and support very friendly and helpful.

Great, small, individual hotel, in a great location and a super quiet area. From here you can get to all the sights and towns on Lake Constance, whether by public transport, car or boat. Great breakfast and very nice and great staff.
