The two of us went to Michel’s Restaurant. There was clear oxtail soup, venison goulash and an Odenwälder pork chop!Everything was just fantastic. We haven't eaten so well in a long time!!!!And at a great price/performance ratio! The service was excellent too! When we are in the area again we will want to repeat the experience.

Based on a recommendation, I went to Dellmensingen today. I was pleasantly surprised on the phone when I made my reservation. A very nice hotel, very well maintained and super clean. The business card of a restaurant, i.e. the toilets, shows how neat and clean it is here. I can only praise the service and the quality of the cuisine. Even though I was alone, I was greeted very nicely and friendly. Water came immediately for my dog. Everything was smooth and quick. The food from the salad to the Swabian plate was excellent. The best spaetzle I've eaten in a long time. I am Swabian and dare to judge that. They won me as a guest and can recommend it 100%. The decor is just right for an honest Swabian restaurant.Another comment about Mr. Schäfer from the review before me. Complaining about the quantity versus the price seems very out of touch to me. I don't know where else you eat, but this is worth every penny. Oh yes… by the way, dessert is spelled with 2 “s”

The quality of the food was okay, but for the price you should expect 4kg of game instead of 3 slices of sauerbraten (approx. 1cm thick). Even if the shop was busy, you had to wait 10 minutes for drinks and 1 hour for food. Even the desert was complete after repeated requests and 15-20 minutes of patience. It's lucky that the ice hadn't melted yet.You can actually eat well here if you don't have the money. But in terms of service and portions, I can't recommend it.
