1. Place was unclean2. Toilet got lots of water stain3. Kitchen Utensils like cooking pot, cups is quite dirty, before using we must wash again4. Fridge is so dirty, it’s just looks like didnt clean before we check in5. House renovation behind villa cause a lot of dust and during the night was so smelly, it’s hard to breath, because there was burning rubbish causes unpleasant smells, fumes and nuisance smoke. It was so annoy6. Door was open when we return to villa, we lock our own door before going out, air con was on but when we come back air con was closed, the room light is on.

The dirtiest villa I have ever stayed inSuper disgusting environmentEverything is water stained and disgustingCompletely ruins your travel moodThere is burning garbage nearbyAt night, friends stinked together in the living roomHe would also sneak into the room when he was out playing, and the door wasn't closed yet! Super unsafe! Stayed for three days and they didn't come to change towels or tidy up anything! I would only sneak into the room and turn off the air conditioner. I’m not sure if I stole anything.There are so many bugs~The swimming pool is also disgusting🤮Please think twice before choosingIt’s not check-out time yet on the last dayPeople came over to sort it out, thinking they had to pay less.I don’t even want to give it a heart

The best for this villa. End of year holidays invite employees. All event planning has been arranged. But after arriving at the villa, everyone didn't want to go out for a walk. I just want to be in a villa that is really comfortable. 😍 A few days ago I intended to book again for the 2nd time. But full 🥹

The place is spacious, comfortable.. complete equipment.. and you also get a portion of coffee + tea.. basically I'm satisfied with taking part in the training there. especially Mrs. Sri.. the instructor is patient and kind... basically it's the best.. the parking area is also spacious. .Excellent

Pro:- Spacious 3 bedrooms with attached bathroom.- Big TV in living space with Netflix, Disney+, good sound system- Free drinking water dispenser- Daily housekeeping- Fast response to guests requestsCon:- Away from cafes and supermarkets. Unsure if due to covid, the nearby cafes are closed.- No front desk lobby. Everything is by WhatsApp. Response is fast but still need to wait. Door is secured by padlock only when going out. Safe is not available for guests to use.- Near to paddy field, alot of weevils, crickets, ants- Renovation next door. Was informed of noises but not on the part workers can look into the living room and swimming pool. No privacy for guests. Although there are security cameras, still unsafe as the area is very quiet.- One of the room toilet door was faulty. Cannot be closed fully and quite hard to open from inside. Heater for the shower in the bedroom downstairs not working. We reported the fault but handyman never turn up.- Villa didn't informed us on canopy work and swimming pool maintenance. Workers turned up at our door and caught us in surprise.Overall the villa is good for family or all male travellers. Not suitable for all female travellers.Cheap and spacious, but the weevils/ stink bugs are big turn-off. Hope renovation is complete before the next group arrives.
