Hotel with restaurant in Balingen, located on a busy main road. We were there for lunch. Maultaschen in tomato sauce and salad from the buffet for €13. It was plentiful and tasty. Recommended. Price/performance fits.

We passed by this place randomly on our journey. The dishes were good but it was a busy day and they arrived after over forty minutes of waiting. The team was not idle however and ran into the kitchen to ensure preparation. We received an apology when paying the bill. If we had the chance, we would definitely go back. We did not stay at this place.

A somewhat outdated, traditional, family-run hotel. The rooms, however, have been modernized and are very attractive! Great mattresses and a spacious bathroom with a large shower.Shortcoming: non-working guest WiFi access on the day of arrival. The error was fixed by a technician on the day of departure. Our room (No. 21) was on the side of the B27 that passes by. My wife didn't sleep all night because of the noise from the street because the balcony door was open (no air conditioning and humid temperatures).Sufficient, varied breakfast and nice, courteous service. Fresh egg dishes were requested and freshly prepared, but the bakery items could be replaced with fresh bakery products. Otherwise everything was fine - including the total price: double room with breakfast 149 euros. It would have been nice if there had been a cool drink in the accommodation after the summer evening event in the city (the covered patio in front of the hotel would have been ideal for this) - unfortunately the existing drinks machine was not accessible via the side entrance and the internal doors were locked accessible.
