Great hotel, with very friendly hosts in a great location.Breakfast, right on the water when the weather is good, is amazing. It's too bad that at some point you're full and can't try everything. What more can you say? We'll definitely come back again.

Unfortunately, during our 2-night stay, some things weren't as they should be...The hotel was sold to us with a lake view, but there was a large tree in front of our window, so we only had a very small lake view. The staff was very inattentive upon arrival. No help with luggage, only after asking. The room was very carelessly and sparsely furnished. There was no luggage rack. The air conditioning only worked minimally. On the other side of the bed, opposite the headboard, was the refrigerator, which also radiated a lot of heat. In the bathroom there was a very outdated toilet brush that had already rusted and had urine deposits on it. When we asked to change rooms, we only received a mushy and unfriendly answer. We were also given an incorrect check-out time.

Unique apartment style rooms tucked away above a department store in an excellent location on the lake - center of Friedrichshafen. Modern amenities within hotel room, with reasonable pricing. Breakfast was a fabulous experience among locals - as a hotel guest, we were given unique options geared towards guests. Fabulous/extremely nice staff took care of our breakfast needs and walked us straight to check out after finishing our morning. We wished we could stay longer. Highly Recommend!

++The hotel is in an excellent location. There is only a pedestrian path between the hotel and the lake, which creates a quiet and pleasant atmosphere. The modern rooms offer a beautiful view over the lake. The facilities are very good, with a minibar, tea maker and coffee machine including coffee tabs.- -Actually, this “hotel” is more of a B&B. The reception consists of a table in a coffee bar. The staff is very helpful, but unfortunately not sufficiently trained. After 10 p.m. there is no one on site as the bar is closed. If the television doesn't work or the air conditioning causes problems, as in our case, there is no longer anyone to turn to. The next day our complaint was only accepted with the message that it would be passed on, but there was no further response. Although the room appeared clean, a rusty toilet brush and a hanging air conditioning panel are unacceptable at this price.Conclusion: price/performance doesn't fit.

Unfortunately we weren't thrilled with our stay. The “hotel” is run by unqualified, extremely young staff. The reception is completely out of place in the middle of the tables of the associated cafe. Here, check-in took over 15 minutes despite booking via an online platform. In addition, the ID was requested and copies made without further explanation. After handing over the key, you will be led into an adjacent building that contains the hotel rooms. Unfortunately, the very young receptionist wasn't even able to answer my questions like "Until when is check-out possible?" or "Is breakfast included?" Statement: “I’m doing this for the first time.” It would be good for this hostel to have at least one hotel clerkUnfortunately, that was nothing.There are no parking spaces at the hotel itself. You will be directed to a parking garage in the area, for which you will receive a 2 euro discount through the hotel.The room had a great view of the lake. Unfortunately, the facilities and cleanliness leave a lot to be desired. The floor was very dusty and the remains of mosquitoes that had once been killed could be found on various walls and furniture. Only half of the buttons on the remote control work, the TV is extremely slow and it took me a while to find RTL on channel 303 out of 9999 channels. The minibar is in an insulated small cupboard, which is why the refrigerator heats itself up the entire time due to the exhaust air. Nothing really got cold about it.The bathroom feels like it is placed in the middle of the room and is only separated from the room by glass panels. Showering and washing is only possible when everyone is watching. In addition, the room faces directly onto the large windows on the outer facade, so that everyone from the adjacent boats can watch me shower. Truly the most unpleasant experience in terms of privacy.Personally, I hope that this hotel will significantly improve its professionalism. I wouldn't visit it again. Two stars because of the view.

The rooms are very spacious, clean and offer the best views of the lake and the harbor. There is also Nespresso coffee and tea free of charge in the room.The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was also great. We enjoyed it very much! Gladly again and thank you very much.

We are currently staying at the Aika Hotel and are really excited. The rooms are beautiful, clean and with a fantastic view of the lake, mountains and Switzerland. The breakfast is plentiful and extremely tasty. In the room there is a coffee machine and a kettle with plenty of tea and coffee included. There is also a minibar (chargeable). The staff is super friendly and you get everything you want straight away. The food and homemade drinks are also very good. We are having a really great time here. Daniela & Ralph

I was in this hotel in October 2022 and haven't managed to write a review yet, which is a shame because it's very nice there and the view is awesome. You can see the mountains from the room, you're right in the middle of the action in front of you The hotel is on the promenade and you don't have to walk far to get to a café or restaurant. Breakfast is provided in the café next door that offers the perfect breakfast for everyone, the service was simply great and the staff was super super nice ☺️☺️☺️.

We accidentally booked the hotel incorrectly by one day via Booking.The request whether we could change the date was rejected due to full occupancy. The request to move the appointment to a later date was also rejected.I cannot recommend this house and the unfriendly staff in any way.If there are stars for rudeness and rudeness, you get 5 stars.

Beautiful apartment with a fantastic sea view.A minibar with free coffee and tea is available. A nice bathroom with tub and shower. The room was spacious, nice and bright and just as expected.In the café there was a delicious breakfast a la carte every day. The dishes are beautifully presented on the plate and taste great. At lunch you can also drink a delicious cappuccino with even plant-based milk (oats/almonds) and various cakes, including vegan ones, or macarons.The staff is very friendly and relaxed, which is very important to us.There is simply a good mood in the café, both from the staff and from the customers.We are already looking forward to our next visit!

It is not a hotel. The rooms in an adjoining building are looked after by the employees of a café. However, the staff is not trained for this. The furniture looks cheap and is partly worn. The room itself is beautiful, as is the view. But the bathroom is in the middle of the room in a glass box and can practically be seen from outside. Breakfast has to be booked separately and is too expensive. The music is relatively loud in the cafe where breakfast can be taken. In itself it could be good. However, the offer is far too expensive for the quality. I would advise against it.

Exceptional location directly on the lake side of the glass book house with a gigantic view of the busy hustle and bustle in the harbor and the pedestrian promenade. Anyone who wants can also enjoy this view while showering in the transparent glass cube. The wall-high sliding windows in the hotel room can be opened wide so that you can enjoy the fresh sea air even without a balcony. The journey past the old town car park, bus station and Zeppelin Museum is clearly visualized in the journey plan. After unloading your luggage, you can park your car well protected in the old town car park using the QR code day ticket for around EUR 15/24 hours.
