Dinner for four: reception rather cool. Everyone ate Wiener Schnitzel. Fries perfect, unfortunately almost all of the schnitzels were in the pan for too long. Food rather carelessly prepared. Conclusion: No culinary pleasure. Too bad.

We stayed at the Gasthof Kreuz for 2 nights from August 23rd to August 25th. The booking, contact with the owner and check-in and check-out went smoothly. The owner couple were very friendly and helpful. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Our room was equipped with a double bed and was clean as was the bathroom, which was also tip top clean. The size of the room was completely sufficient (we had room 4). The inn is located directly in the town of Bad Waldsee, from here you can reach the city center with its beautiful little shops and restaurants in less than 5 minutes. The inn is located right next to a church, but this is pointed out when booking. We also booked breakfast (€12 per person) and were not disappointed. There was something for every taste and the staff were friendly and courteous and always asked if everything was OK. We were also asked whether we would like scrambled eggs, fried eggs or a boiled egg. This was then freshly prepared. The staff kept asking if something was missing or if we would like anything else.The conclusion for us is that we can recommend the Gasthof Kreuz with a clear conscience and if we were to go to the Lake Constance region again, we would go there again without hesitation. From here you can reach Lake Constance in about an hour.So a big thank you to the entire team at Gasthof Kreuz.The Heidtmann family from Remscheid

Holiday apartment Main Street:Very central location, apartment big enough for 2 people, very quiet at night;Very careless and economical furniture, poorly equipped kitchen, no light-tight curtains in the bedroom, too few storage options, TV without instructions / without internet connection and antenna, overall there are a lot of details that make the apartment unattractive but would be easy to fix... a shame.

Nice location very central. The room itself was very bland, no seating and no closet. We booked a double bed and got one with 2 individual metal mattresses. You could put more effort into the design of the room. The room itself is a big disappointment and nothing to feel comfortable about. There's more 👍

We were welcomed ❤️ and even without a reservation we got a table.The food is fresh and very tasty, the service is a bit confusing, but not too bad as everyone was very friendly.I also think that it's not always easy with lots of trainees. So big praise to the team.Would love to come back.

Today we ate a fabulous onion roast with spaetzle and salad. It doesn't get any better! Top meat quality, juicy and medium fried. To round things off, lime sour cream sorbet with fresh strawberries🍓. We would love to come back, we were thrilled.Very attentive friendly service.

TV didn't work, kitchen utensils very poor, entrance door lock broken, no way to hang up wet laundry from bathing, room clean only the radiators full of dust! Unfortunately no balcony and no view anywhere!
