We were warmly welcomed at check-in. Lobby made a relatively modern, clean impression. Underground car park €15 per night, everything okay.We ourselves stayed in a double room in the same house. Already in the stairwell, you flew back several years into the past.Room absolutely not recommended!!!- musty smell when entering the room-dirty (especially the carpet)-broken walls and ceilingAbsolutely inadequate for this price! After confronting me at the reception and asking for a different room, the lady explained to me that we had booked a standard double room (3 stars) and not a comfort room (4 stars) in the boutique hotel next door. After listing the deficiencies, she gave us a new room in the boutique hotel with an additional charge of €25. It was worth it! Finally a STANDARD room like you would find in any hotel.Breakfast was okay, but definitely needs improvement.

We had to stay here for one night on business. Arrived, lady at reception a bit overwhelmed but nice. Everything is nice and new at the reception and in the breakfast room. But as soon as you get to the first floor or into the room it is anything but nice, welcome to the 70s. As if time had stood still. For €110 a night including breakfast, I expect a lot more. The location is great but the condition of the hotel is poor. I wouldn't book here privately, the rooms definitely need to be improved.

After checking in we were given a room on the first floor. After the wallpaper was peeling off in several places and mold was clearly visible on the ceiling in one corner (unfortunately no pictures were taken), we were given a new room on the second floor. Very disgusting dirty carpet. Bathroom absolutely substandard and very broken. But the best is yet to come... The next day my husband said that it was itching everywhere. And there were strange stains on the bed sheet. I asked for new bed linen. Then a call, we had to move... problems with the room. The man at the reception just said that the room was locked... We got our things from the room. And then took a video of the BED BUGS in my husband's bed... Absolutely disgusting. Then we got a neighboring room. The carpet was also disgustingly dirty... mold in the bathroom. The employee in the evening made fun of me and said he didn't know anything. Although I saw clearly, the MA wrote a bold note on my guest file in the afternoon. Unbelievable. And in. Sister hotel next door had additional rooms available. Not recommended... Dirt, bugs, beetles in the hallway, miserably warm, empty shampoo bottle, shower head installed incorrectly. Had to be held in the hand and could not be hung. And that for over 100 euros per night...Anyone who likes pets (insects) and on the. Dirt from the last 30 years.... You are welcome to book.. Everyone else please give this hotel a wide berth...

AVOID booking a room here! It's an absolute disgrace to offer such rooms. Totally outdated interior, countless stains on the carpet, torn curtains, minibar fridge doesn't work, broken tiles, cleanliness = Solala. The price was inflated (because there was an event in Ulm). For a room like this, every euro is asking too much! The only thing that was ok was the breakfast and the location. But otherwise: terrible. Better go somewhere else - it's definitely better everywhere than this hotel.

Our booking couldn't be found (despite written confirmation), so we got an upgrade to a suite. So far so good. We were told that “we might. would move into a new room the next day”. At breakfast we weren't told about a room change and when we came back to the hotel in the afternoon our card no longer worked. At the reception we found out that strangers had packed our things and that, as was supposedly agreed upon, we would be given a new room. Despite having a cell phone number, we were not informed about this, instead we were portrayed as liars in front of other guests and the employee allegedly told us three times the day before that we should contact us after breakfast. In addition, our conversation from the day of arrival was recorded on tape. Sorry, but this hotel and especially the service from some of the employees are a disaster and every guest should be prepared for some surprises. The spacious bathtub in the suite is more reminiscent of a love hotel. The remaining rooms exude the charm of the 70s. Air conditioning is missing, as is a refrigerator or a minibar, although there is a sign, but the small wooden door is unfortunately fixed with screws and locked. The TV has no reception, so there can be no distraction from the poor service. This hotel is difficult to endure without drinking a lot of alcohol.
