Unfortunately we were upstairs. Since we were prepared for a shared toilet, I shouldn't see this as a negative. But since there is only one cabin for many rooms, it is really a shame that the toilets on the ground floor are locked. In contrast to the rest of the hotel, the rooms on the 3rd floor are very old and run down. The shower has a slope and the wrong direction, beds are very uncomfortable and the rooms are extremely small. Maybe it would make sense to renovate the rooms and enlarge each one. Breakfast, staff and everything else get full marks. We would be happy to come back to the renovated rooms.

We have just spent 4 days there and were initially a bit disappointed with the small double room. However, the extremely friendly tone throughout the house, the central location and the generous breakfast more than made up for it. The very friendly receptionist always put us on the right track. Positive: Nice room, very good bed, delicious breakfast, cheap parking in a nearby parking garage, old town around the corner.Negative: Rooms were very warm - windows had to be left open, the alley below was very, very loud all night long. Shower had hardly any water pressure.

Oke started off extremely slow!!!The hotel itself is okay, but the roommates that you notice during the night or the next morning are absolutely not okay. BED BUGS are everywhere in the room, on the clothes, on the floor and of course in the beds and therefore up at night yourself. It's absolutely disgusting and not something you can recommendHealth department where are they??!!

Very nice hotel, spacious room and equipped with everything you need, clean and tidy bathroom. We were also greeted at reception by a cute golden retriever puppy, which was the best part of our visit. Very friendly staff. I recommend it to everyone

Our room on the top floor was very spacious and clean. The equipment was modern. The breakfast was very tasty and at €13 not overpriced by today's standards. The staff was friendly. Unfortunately the elevator only went up to the third floor. A bit uncomfortable with two small children. However, this is because the building is an old town building and the elevator was logically installed later. The air conditioning in the room was already installed, but not yet functional. There are no parking spaces, you can park in a nearby parking garage for a flat rate of €10.

Friendly family-run hotel with spacious rooms, right in the middle of the picturesque old town. The breakfast is excellent with all the options, plus a glass of fizz if you fancy it. Relaxed atmosphere. Would definitely come again!

Central location in a pretty old house in the city center with parking a 5-minute walk in a parking garage. The single room I had at first was damn small. Room is simple and clean. The small bathroom is newly renovated. Luckily, after 2 days I got an upgrade to a much larger, nice room. This was also well maintained with a newly renovated bathroom.

A really nice hotel with really nice staff. The gym was an added bonus upstairs. Although it’s only available in the afternoon, this is my only negative is the gym isn’t open for the morning.Property is very clean, quiet and staff are excellent in recommendations.The parking option is easy and at the discounted rate is a bonus. It’s a 5 minute walk from the hotel door.

Cannot recommend this place. Their toilets in the room were not properly secured to the wall and when we used them, they sagged and broke. They charged us to fix them instead of apologizing for not properly installing a commercial grade toilet.There is no air conditioning so you need to leave the windows open and the street is very noisy with young people walking to and from bars. The church across the street has very loud bells that ring frequently. It's particularly loud and long at 6:30 AM.This has been the only poor experience we've had the past two weeks of traveling in Switzerland and Germany and the only time I've had to deal with a broken toilet in a hotel and be charged for incompetent maintenance. There are many other fine hotels in Ravensburg - you'll have better service elsewhere.
