Very nice and competent employees.Questions (e.g. hiking routes) are explained in detail with documents that you can keep.The location of the house is a bit angled. Parking spaces are available in front of and next to the house as well as in the underground car park belonging to the house.Please remember that restaurants and ferry connections in the area are open depending on the season.Highly recommended!

The hotel is ideally located on the jetty for example to Überlingen. We had the holiday apartment, large, clean, well equipped. Parking at the hotel. Breakfast was good. Service very good. Would love to come back.

We were able to spend two nights with our children with the Renz family. A small and fine hotel garni in a fantastic location. The view of Lake Constance is simply wonderful. Breakfast is rich and leaves nothing to be desired. The rooms are clean. We felt very comfortable.

It was a very pleasant stay. There was nothing to complain about. What was particularly pleasant was the quiet yet practical location (directly at the boat pier, plenty of restaurants within walking distance), a parking space included, a wonderful breakfast, very attentive staff... all in all, highly recommended

My wife and I, including our dog, had a very nice stay. The hotel is very nicely and friendly furnished and is run as a family business, which you can feel and enjoy every day. We felt very comfortable and had a lovely holiday despite the occasional rain.

I spent a night here with a friend. All in all it was ok. When checking out, my friend had another concern, which unfortunately was handled in an absolutely unprofessional manner by the owner. She repeatedly emphasized (loudly) that she didn't want a bad review because of something like that and that she had "never seen anything like that in her house!!" (loudly and repeatedly) happened! I have never experienced such dubious treatment of guests before.

We stayed in a double room (with a small refrigerator) for a long weekend. Due to our walking difficulties, the elevator, which can be used from the underground car park, was a big advantage. The parking space comes with the room free of charge. Our room had a partial lake view from the balcony. We were able to enjoy this every evening. The jetty, the bus stop and restaurants are within walking distance. Swimming is also possible. The Renz family is a great host family. We didn't miss anything.
