Rooms are super mini small. Not appropriate for the price. Air conditioning no longer works there. Winter operation and windows cannot be opened properly.

Man who is working on Sunday by reception was very very rude and unfriendly. Terrible attitude and behavior. So I didn’t even stayed in the hotel at all . I will never again stay in cheap chain hotels again !!!! Ever !!! They employ only psychopaths who don’t care about the customers or hotel business!!!!

Very clean, but unfortunately no hairdryer in the room and no normal towels but only shower towels. Both were available upon request, but the hairdryer was only available for a deposit of 20#. It's just low fare and you have to take that into account. There is also no closet in the room!

Now a flophouse, shower head holder broke off when I arrived, wasn't repaired, shower cubicle leaks, 'bathroom' is under water after showering, long black hair on the toilet seat. Toilet seat smeared. Curtains partly broken and stained. The bed was in the middle of the room and had to be pushed against the wall. Rooms facing the street were very noisy.The reception is like an Eastern European market.Only in an emergency, otherwise no more.

We had booked an overnight stay for a group trip for 9 people. After about 2 hours of waiting and many phone calls in between, we were finally assigned our rooms. Then there was the next surprise: a single room was already occupied by a stranger. So back to reception and after a lot of back and forth I was given a single room. The lady at the reception really had a lot to do that Friday, but she also had no support from probably her supervisor who was busy with his laptop most of the time. The Ibis Ulm system probably needs to be revised again in the interests of customer friendliness. I will not recommend this Ibis Hotel Ulm.Gunter

Everything was very good. Very good location near the train station, I could walk. It was quiet in the room, everything was neat and tidy and I had a bench in the room where I could put my things, which I found particularly practical.

The room was small and unfortunately not clean - I expected more for €108 a night. The foyer looks modern, but my room seemed to be from the 90s. The parking space costs an additional €12, which is understandable, but still not cheap. There is WiFi, but you have to pay extra for multiple devices or full bandwidth. The only bright spot was the delicious breakfast. Overall definitely not worth the money.

Very good location; very clean rooms; extremely friendly employees (had 3 different ones) at the reception who fully support the customer wherever they can (tips and directions). TOP customer-oriented.Am very satisfied.It was a mix between business trip and leisure. Price performance is right for me.

Got VIP Silver benefit, breakfast is good, service is well done, only the clean grade of hotel room needs to be improved. Compared with other hotel group e. g. IHG, or Marriott Accor Group needs a lot improvements.

For the price offered, the stay was OK.Positive:The hotel is only a few minutes away from the main train station.Negative:Because of the hard floor in the rooms, you could hear running noises from the floor above.In my room the shower door didn't close properly. That's why you had half a flood in the bathroom after taking a shower.

I have never stayed in such a bad hotel. I'll list:- Water damage to the ceiling- Laminate broken- Skirting boards come loose- Mold in the shower- Hair in the shower- Hotel hallway dirty- Chipped paint on the door framesThis hotel needs a complete renovation.The foyer was probably renovated a few years ago.The staff is very friendly. I can't judge breakfast. The plus point is that dogs are allowed in the hotel. Our room was so small that it was a challenge to find a place for our dog.The location is good. Close to the train station, theater and just a short walk to the city center.
