A bit old. My room clean and functional. Even nicely prepared. Restaurant no longer open but breakfast is available. Staff friendly and very helpful.

We expected more.The hotel is already very run down. We had booked several rooms with breakfast, the information on site said: restaurant closed. Very few staff on site. But apparently this has been the case for a long time. Showering was only possible using the hand shower. The other was broken and heavily calcified.WiFi didn't work either.

The hotel may be ok, but those who clean the rooms steal things because my cigarettes are missing and I have to check out tomorrow and, above all, they enter the room every day in your absence. I don't recommend this place

I can only agree with the previous speakers, bad. Old glory, slowly deteriorating. No service and shabby rooms that aren't even worth half the price.

Unfortunately not recommended. Location close to the old town is really pleasant, the only positive thing.Hotel itself run down, staff hardly available, reception hardly staffed and unfriendly. Booked agreements were not kept. Breakfast not available although included in booking. Then had to demand the new price without breakfast. Room very small on the 2nd floor, ceiling fan hasn't seen a feather duster in ages, nor has the area on the closet. Fittings and drains as well as the toilet are very heavily calcified. The rooms are only cleaned inadequately. The entrance to the hotel is full of leaves, perhaps intentionally so that no guests come. The room definitely doesn't justify the price.

Hotel very well located near the city centre and easy to reach Ravensburg. Unfortunately, the restaurant was not working, so no breakfast. Only issue was the room, no air conditioner.... in the summer it's a huge problem. The rest is all good, staff friendly also.

Very disorganized, the room was small and without air conditioning, a lot of old dust above the wardrobe where I put some stuff. Our friends couldn't sleep until 3:30am due to the noise made by the restaurant stuff having fun after working shift.

Had dinner with 7 people. The menu is very clear and geared towards 1. The appetizer platter ordered for everyone took over 90 minutes to arrive. After the complaint they said we have a new waitress. (Does she also cook the food or can she only deliver what the kitchen provides???)After another 30 minutes the pizzas arrived, which were ordered at the same time as the starters. They were quite large and had a nice edge, just a few centimeters further towards the middle everything was very watery and soft, it would have been easier to eat it with a spoon.When it was raining outside we sat down in the restaurant and then realized that there weren't 10 guests to serve, so why the eternal wait???We wanted to continue celebrating in the inn and ordered 5 coffees, 1 Radler beer and 1 apple spritzer from the boss himself... only the coffees came. And after we had drunk it to undefined loud music from the loudspeaker and wanted to pay, I pointed out to the boss that the Radler beer and the apple spritzer had not been delivered, he said..... We have an inexperienced new waitress??? He accepted the order himself!!!You will never see us in this economy again and I will not recommend it to anyone.

+ There were few staff, but they were nice.The location was good for us as we never had to travel far to do our activities. We had an apartment with an extra room and the price was relatively cheap. Nicely folded towels. There was a safe, but we didn't even trust that.- Unfortunately no air conditioning (we had 35° outside and then had to buy a fan)No elevator and we were at the top. The rooms only seemed clean at first glance. There was already mold in the refrigerators, the carpet wasn't vacuumed properly, the dishes were completely covered in dust, all the wet areas were completely calcified and hardly any water came out. Unfortunately, shower 1 was completely blocked and the entire bathroom was flooded with water after a short time. The door was so warped that it only took a bit of force to close. Unfortunately, Shower2 only worked with the rain shower, which was rather bad with children. The ventilation in both toilets was completely moldy and the toilets themselves were full of urine stone.The beds were far too soft and worn out.There was no breakfast due to a lack of staff, but that turned out to be a positive thing because we definitely didn't want to eat there.Wi-Fi couldn't be activated, but we didn't feel like asking anymore.

In the first room the blind fell from the ceiling. The roller blind that was installed was defective and was knotted on the cord to lower it. Then change rooms! We got a smaller room, but there was no discount!The beds were sagging, the mattress had a real hollow, the pillow smelled of perfume.THIS IS CERTAINLY NOT A 3 STAR HOTEL!And the overall 4/5 ratings can't possibly be true.Never again!

At first glance, the room appears modern, clean and well-equipped. Upon closer inspection, we noticed some unpleasant things: mold in the bathroom at almost every joint, dusty corners in the room and under the bed. We received toilet paper with traces of mold (which was replaced immediately after a complaint).The TV in the room wasn't working, but it didn't bother us.It was incredibly hot when we were there. The fan in the room was already incredibly old and made strange and annoying noises as soon as it was turned on.The beds in the room were really very comfortable and the wardrobe was a great size.The cleaning service leaves something to be desired. I would have expected the sink to be cleaned at least once within a week. Only the toilet paper was refilled daily and the garbage emptied.Extremely strangely, we found a door in the corridor with a defect (large hole that looked like it had been smashed). Behind it you could see a lot of chaos as we walked past and we had it. The impression that someone “lives” there.The organization of the hotel's dirty laundry also seemed rather unappealing. As soon as you go up the stairs to the first floor, there is a huge, unpleasant-smelling pile of laundry in front of a room where laundry appears to be washed and sorted.The strong smell of smoke in the corridor was disturbing due to a small winter garden for smokers. It always smelled extremely unpleasant of cannabis. But I can't say exactly whether the smell came from the street.The greeting upon arrival was very friendly but brief. Reception staff were generally rare to find.I can't say anything about the breakfast or the food in the restaurant because we always ate outside.If you spend little time in the hotel room itself, then it's ok. But we will definitely stay somewhere else next time we visit Weingarten.
