Holiday apartment with a differenceThis is not a typical holiday apartment, as the kitchen and outdoor area can be used by everyone. You have your own separate room with bathroom and kettle. The shared use was uncomplicated and we were rarely in the rooms with others.The rooms were small, but had everything you needed. High quality and quite new, unfortunately not too clean in detail.The owner is very friendly and took care of any concerns directly.The location is practical because there is a stop right in front of it and you can take the bus and train free of charge using the spa card. Parking is also possible on the street at no extra charge. You're also quick on the water.Conclusion: gladly again 😊

Great accommodation with lots of self-catering options. There is a communal kitchen with a lot of equipment and you can enjoy your home-cooked meal in a pleasant atmosphere. We had a defective hairdryer that was replaced within 10 minutes of sending the message. That was really quick service. Cleanliness is great, the terrace is large and beautiful. Rooms are tastefully furnished and flooded with light. All in all highly recommended!

Very beautiful rooms, elegant, functional, very clean. Our room had everything we needed, the hostess answered all questions immediately. The kitchen is very clean and has everything you need. The position is very convenient, there is a road nearby, but it is silent and not loaded, now there is a parallel road. The lake is 500 meters away and there is a warm pool across the road. We were delighted with our choice of location and vacation!

Actually very nice rooms.However, it was a disgrace that when we went into room 6 there was no refrigerator in it, even though it was the case in every other room. This caused a lot of trouble for me!!!!

Compact excellent room. There is a desk, refrigerator, high narrow wardrobe and a private shower and toilet. You can have coffee and tea in the common room downstairs. There is also a kitchenette with a stove and microwave where you can prepare food. The room has air conditioning and shutters. Considering it's 30+ this was very pleasant. It is somewhat noisy. However, in addition to toothbrushes, you will also find earplugs in the room. We were able to park our motorcycles on site. There is a swimming pool 200 m away. Lake Constance is 300 m away. Here you will also find "beach" tents. We had a great stay.

+ Great location directly opposite Lake Constance with a beach. You can go for a great walk. Bakery and supermarket actually in the immediate vicinity.The rooms and bathroom were very, very clean. There was even a daily cleaning service + fresh towels (I hadn't read anything about this when booking and therefore didn't expect it).Air conditioning + fly screens are installed in the rooms. Facial tissues and bathroom utensils (toothbrushes, soap, shampoo, etc.) are available.The shared kitchen is super clean and very well equipped. There is a large refrigerator and you can also cook something. Nothing is missing. A coffee machine is available (1€/per coffee). A terrace with plenty of seating completes the beautiful kitchen.Parking spaces are available. If the guesthouse is fully booked, there are not enough, but there is easy parking in the surrounding streets.- Personally, the mattresses were much too soft for us. We couldn't tell whether they've always been like this or whether they've worn out.The street noise was very unusual for us and therefore very unpleasant. However, the owner can't do anything about it. Earplugs were provided.

The first impression is good but it's better not to look closely.Air conditioning very loud, great and fly screen broken.Very small bathroom and the toilet is for children, at least from the height.In addition, there are no or very few free parking spaces.

Very friendly operator!!Rooms are nicely decoratedAccommodation is inexpensive and well located, less than a 5-minute walk from Lake ConstanceI'll stay there again when I'm back at Lake Constance.
