We were only in the hotel for 1 night.The hotel room was clean. Bed is very comfortable. The bathroom, the shower, everything was top notch. The soap in the dispenser smells great.The breakfast was really tasty. Everything was fine. The sour cherry jam was delicious.The lady at the reception was very, very nice, friendly, helpful, polite, accommodating. She's in exactly the right place. Does a really excellent job and takes care of the hotel guests.

New Garni Hotel. Friendly staff and beautifully designed breakfast room. Spacious rooms. Restaurants/downtown are within walking distance. Storage space for e-bikes.

Very nice hotel with very good internet, comfortable bed, very good bathroom with a good shower head. The only thing I have to complain about is the breakfast. One half of the sausage platter no longer smelled very appetizing, otherwise the selection of food wasn't very large. But apart from the food, a good hotel with plenty of parking.

Very friendly staff in all areas, rooms are very clean and like a 3 star hotel room.Breakfast is a buffet with various hot drinks, juices, water and milkSelection with different types of sausage and cheese, smoked salmon, various jams and muesli and fresh fruit salad to put together yourself, various egg dishes and freshly chopped vegetables!We would love to come back and can only recommend the hotel!

We were at Zeppelin for breakfast and had reserved a table.At the beginning, the service staff didn't give us any brief information about the coffee machine, where we pay and what we should do after paying.I don't drink coffee and wanted hot chocolate, but the coffee machine only had hot water other than coffee. So I decided on tea. Unfortunately, after pressing the “hot water” button for the fourth time, milk came out. In an emergency I only drank juice and only found out from a guest at the end of breakfast that there was hot chocolate. But it wasn't next to the coffee machine.After we paid at the reception and wanted to leave, the waitress whistled at us and told us we had to tell her that we had paid and couldn't just leave like that.After we complained about the lack of information at the beginning of breakfast, we were told that we had someone with us who had already been a guest at breakfast and who could have informed us.But for us this is not an argument for the failure and the impossible behavior towards us.In any case, we won't be coming for breakfast anymore.

We stayed at Hotel Zeppelin for 3 nights. We absolutely loved it and were 100% satisfied: beautifully furnished room, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, everything absolutely clean, large TV, the staff - very, very friendly, breakfast - delicious and plentiful, great breakfast room. We will come again when we visit family near Laupheim again.

Very good breakfast. Inexpensive new hotel. Very friendly staff. Relatively quiet and well insulated inside. Fly screens on the windows and air conditioning would be a great addition. Too few towel racks in the bathroom.

A very unobtrusive hotel in the heart of Laupheim surprised everyone. Spacious rooms, clean, new equipment, quality beds. In addition, the food is great, even for people with allergies. Ustreto's staff. We were very satisfied. We recommend.Down the line hotel in the center of Laupheim surprised us in the best possible way. Spacious rooms, clean, new, love to sleep on beds. Above all, delicious breakfast cover also special diet guests. Helpful staff. We were very happy to stay here. Highly recommended.
