Note on Google Maps: The name is misspelled, the hostel is called CityApartments Residence.Unfortunately only two stars because I slept worse here than ever in a hotel and found the price (around €119 for two people) much too high.Reason for poor sleep:- Clairaudience! Guests who are sensitive to noise will not be happy here, because the walls and ceilings here feel like they are made of cardboard and are very thin or poorly insulated. As a result, you can hear every step, cough and toilet flush from the other guests in the rooms (from above and from the same hallway)- The location! The house is located directly on a busy street, even at night, with loud cars racing along that I could still hear clearly even with the window closed. Very annoying!- The air conditioning! It buzzes all night long- The brightness! The room is difficult to darken, there are lights or flashes everywhere- The bed! The mattress is far too soft and the pillow is far too high, I was extremely uncomfortableOther negative points:- The bathroom door is not worth its name, it is a simple sliding door that lets every noise through. More of a privacy screen than a door.- The shower wall does not close properly, the bathroom floor was wet after showering- Lack of accessibility as there are no elevators and only narrow stairs. The house looks like a former apartment building that was converted into a hotel.- The location: Far outside of Friedrichshafen in a desolate residential areaTwo stars anyway for the very good cleanliness, the beautiful, modern furnishings and the nice operators.

Great rooms, easy checking-in via a digital code and there is one charger for electric vehicles on the parking lot. The rooms are cleaned often and have air-conditioning, a nice large TV (including chromecast) and a clean bathroom. There is a fridge and you receive chocolates! There are plenty of parking spaces available and multiple good (Greek) restaurants nearby the apartments. Locations is also great, 5min bike to the city or by foot. You're also close to the grape and apple fields for evening walks. No noise from the neighbors even though it wss fully booked. Recommended!

Booked here for a short trip to Lake Constance. The room was clean, bright and modernly furnished. The bed is extremely comfortable and the WiFi is stable and fast. Excellent communication via Booking.com and email. Highly recommended!

Since we usually only stay in designated hotels, we didn't know exactly what we were getting into with an "apartment" when we booked. But we were only pleasantly surprised. From the preliminary handling (communication with the operator, quick delivery of the door lock code, etc.) to the impressive cleanliness of the main room and bathroom, to the first-class price-performance ratio, we were really impressed.The location right on the main street is of course not for those in need of peace and quiet, but that's just the location of the building.The pillows and mattress may not be suitable for everyone, unfortunately we didn't have a consistent night's sleep with them. We also noticed the refrigerator, which gives off a lot of heat. You can feel it after a while with the windows closed. Otherwise everything was really great and absolutely recommended for 1-2 nights in the outdoor area of Friedrichshafen.

Wow, this is the best apartment hotel we have ever booked. Everything is up to standard, comfortable bedding, impeccable cleanliness. On-site parking, welcome tea and coffee, small fridge, hairdryer, everything was perfect. Thank you, we will come back again.

Came across this facility by chance via booking. The rooms are very bright and spacious. Everything was modernly furnished, I especially liked the bathroom. The rooms smell wonderful and everything is very clean. Highly recommended!

Highly recommended. We were in transit and booked the last room at short notice. Very clean, bright and modernly furnished. Air conditioning, coffee, tea, refrigerator in the room and private parking available directly in front of the property. Fast, uncomplicated processing with access via a code system. Let's remember it for next time!
